Loved the avocado dish and the recommended bottle of wine matched all the food very nicely. Reasonably priced and great customer service. Waiter explained the menu and had chats with us about the dishes through out the dinner. We got a table without reservation around 7.30 pm but shortly after, all the tables were occupied.

Absolute gem on the sea walk in Vigo. This little family run place is delightful and the folks here are so wonderful and kind. The food is absolutely perfect and made with mindfulness. If you are looking for a delicious, yet filling and healthy lunch,this is the place. They cater for everyone and,considering how hard finding wholesome plant based and gluten free food is in southern Europe, Vigo really wins with this little restaurant. I had an aubergine roll and lentils curry which were delicious. I also had a fantastic and refreshing lemonade and although I thought dessert was a push,I actually shared with my friend and loved both vegan choices of rice pudding and orange "cheese" cake. I feel like I can take on the world now and so excited to have found this place which I will 100% come back to. It is not exclusively vegan but offers amazing vegan choices and everything is free from pesticides,hormones and added junk! The atmosphere is so pleasant with a simple and clean decor which still allows you to feel cosy and welcome. Sitting by the window looking at the sea is def a plus! We went for a late night dinner of tapas and a atlas of wine and the food was truly excellent. The tortilla and mussels were particularly noteworthy. The wine service was excellent and the wine list one of the most complete I've seen in the area. Last but not least the tab was surprisingly low for the amount of food, and more importantly quality of food, that we enjoyed. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We tried the complete tasting menu and it was really good. A great attention to the raw materials and flavour matching. The price is definitely affordable considering the quality of food and service and the Michelin star!

We always wanted to have lunch here during this visit as we had fantastic fish dishes here before! We had no reservation, but the patron was super helpful as he allowed us to use a late booked table. We were hungry so time was on our side :-))Fantastic food and wine at very reasonable prices. The service was excellent and our waitress taught us some Spanish as well!!

Coto del Ãguila is located on the top of Madroa hill. I admit that it is not easy to get there but the sights are worth it. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the coastline of Vigo, particularly on a sunny day. I would like to focus on its ambience. It is a very romantic venue with a traditional decoration. Also, its huge windows are outstanding so you could share an intimate conversation with Vigo at your feet.Besides, the food is fabulous. You can eat a variety of meat or fish dishes. Although I highly recomend its rice dishes.My last time there I went with my couple. For the start, we had small cuttlefish and cheese croquettes with tomato jam. For the main cours we ordered rice with scallops. It tasted fantastic and the portions were generous too. That was the reason why we could not eat anything else for dessert. Also, the staff were efficient and friendly.We look forward to being back there soon, because this restaurant is good value for money.

Six pilgrims had both lunch and dinner at this great restaurant down town. We had mainly omelettes for lunch, and special food for dinner not being on the English menu. Particularly the seafood tasted great, recommended by our fantastic waiter! Nice prices in a lovely town!

A very modern/stylish gastrobar just off the main street through Redondela with a variety of tapas dishes. We tried: - the tempura de vegetales which consisted of deep-fried asparagus, peppers, beans and probably a few other veg, with a thai dipping sauce- chipirones con langostinos, which was langoustine served in squid- bocadillo de costilla iberica, a fancy ham sandwichFor dessert we had one brownie and one very sweet french toast (the only real misstep of the meal). Three tapas and dessert was definitely enough for two people. Washed down with a bottle of red, the bill came to around â¬40. Service was good and atmosphere pretty lively.They had a very interesting and cheap lunch menu but sadly we were off too early the next day to make the most of it.MuchÃsimas gracias!!!
