Quick lunch stop at Bruce Wine Bar today, served by Katie and everything was wonderful as expected. Pizza and salad was perfect as well as Katie's attention, despite being the only server. Never had a bad day at Bruce Wine Bar!Thank you for your words about lunch...and about Katie. She is always happy and helpful. Looks lovely and has potential. Only one waitress seems to know what’s going on, but over worked and others are confused. Outdoor tables are just not right as if you want a table for six or more they put two round wire tables together. Not comfortable. Picnic tables are not up to justifying expensive entree prices. $27. For a small pork chop with soggy fennel and dill salad. Burgers were good but for $17. Not worth it. Can go to a fancy restaurant and pay the same. Might be good if they varied the menu. Lunch menu is good. Evening menu didn’t seem to turn anyone’s crank so the burgers were ‘it’. Have been a few times now and continue to be underwhelmed. No menu at all for kids. Better off to go to the Grill at Lora Bay with a pati overlooking the bay!

Wow! My only regret is this place has been open for two years and we didn’t try it sooner. All fresh local foods from scratch and so many enticing options on the menu it was hard to decide. Good thing the four of us all tried different appies and entrees, so we could share. Everything was amazing with unique presentation and flavours. Service was very attentive and friendly. I would like to see a regular pint of beer for $8 instead of an American 16oz pint, but food items were reasonably priced. We will be back, soon. Top 3 dining experience in Collingwood area.

Sat on patio and enjoyed a good lunch in a sunny day.The club on artisnal bread was very good. Reports on the veggie burger were also excellent.Our server was attentive and friendly. If you want a nice lunch Sol is a great choice.
