Stopped by on a Saturday for lunch while attending a convention at Hotel Roanoke and was really, really disappointed.Very slow service and no sense of urgency by anyone involved. Had a $10 Gift Certificate from the convention and the cashier had to ask someone whether she could accept it. Then she told the person behind me that it would take 15 minutes or so for their order and implied they should go somewhere else. Not impressed at all.

Our favorite restaurant for breakfast. Designed in a French and European fashion you look at menus first, order, pay and then take your seat. The flow of the restaurant moves quickly and easily so there are very few times you may be waiting for a table and even then not for very long. Food is wonderful. Great variety on the menu. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. And if you are looking for a restaurant that makes authentic French crepes then this is the place. Not to be missed.

On the edge of a mall area, dining outside surrounded by grass & trees, mountains not far—lovely setting. Good service but food mixed: K had an excellent Florentine Benedict; since they had everything bagels, cream cheese & lox I thought I'd be set: nicely prepared and served BUT while my bagel was prepared as requested, it seems to have been stale to start with & thus tough. Too bad. Easily correctable in the futureThank you for your feedback. We do apologize for the bagel not being to your liking. We will keep a closer eye on the freshness of the bagels. Glad to hear you enjoyed everything else. Dave ArnoldOwner
