This is one of two restaurants we eat at every time we come to Charleston. I think I could eat breakfast, brunch or lunch here everyday. I tried one of their spring specials Smoked Salmon Tzatziki Toast and potatoes. This was probably one of the best dishes I have ever had. I am hoping to make it back to Charleston again before this special is gone.

Food very good and ready in a timely manner. Place was clean and employees friendly. Maybe a dozen or so tables and was never full. Was doing a good take out business also. Fourth time there and all above is pretty consistent.

My friend, Allison, and I had some time to kill while waiting for her son to practicing for graduation later this evening. We went to the Capitol Market and once I saw the coffee bar, I just had to have a cup! I asked Rose, the barista, if she had something close to my favorite cold brew from Starbucks and she said that she could make me one that is very close to the vanilla cream cold brew. A few minutes later I took a sip and she was very close and it was delicious! Allison ordered the sweet tea and we both enjoyed our drinks one delicious sip at a time. We did stroll the entire length of the market and I bought my VA glass kiss!

Whilst visiting my husband who lives in Charleston, I stumbled upon this gem just three blocks from the WV Capitol Building. Complete with a patio and adorned with twinkle lights, this organic, locally sourced, fair trade, diversity affirming coffee shop and bistro is a must stop for a catch-up with friends, a working lunch, or a lazy Saturday morning. Plug in your laptop and enjoy to great tunes, fast wifi, and great staff. Shout out to Felicia and Danielle for your awesome service and local recommendations.PS Try the lemon bars they are delicious (as are the omelets)!
