I rarely ever see anyone in the drive-thru, I wanted to find out for myself if that could be because the food and drinks aren't good or because the establishment is failing at generating interest.I felt that the menu was small. I ended up ordering a London Fog (black tea, milk) and it was supposed to have a vanilla flavor that I was disappointed to not have been able to taste at all.I felt that the gal who was working could have been more personable and enthusiastic. She asked me about my day but it really just felt like it was out of obligation without any interest at all.I may come by another time to try a coffee drink, but I'm not too worried about getting around to that after my first experience.Hello Karaiss,We appreciate your comments and apologize for your experience at our drive thru. We will be sharing your comments with our employees to insure that they are accurate in crafting their drinks, as we want everyone to leave Infantino's with a positive experience. As for guests/access, we have encountered traffic issues during the freeway and street construction which has created ingress and egress challenges. We will be improving our access by providing multiple entrance options as a part of the changes we are planning to construct in 2017. Please contact us directly as we would like to ensure your next visit to Infantino's is a positive one!

Greeted quickly, new employee being trained and she carefully took my order and completed it fairly fast. Good breakfast burrito and coffee. Would definitely recommend it again.
