Me and my wife read in local newspaper that Basta pizza is excellent, so we decided to give it a shot, we were really astonished by pizzas we got, crust was exactly on spot, soft and thin, very rich with ingredients , actually its was best pizza that i have ever eaten, its a bit pricey place but considering location, and pizza quality its worth every dime spent. I will visit your place again, be sure!! regardsWe are happy you gave Basta a try and enjoyed the experience and our pizza. The place is very good! Grilled tuna was super fresh! Amazing fish! Grilled dorada was also mega tasty. The kitchen is small, so expect some delays, if the restaurant is full. Cedircards seem to be accepted but may be issues due to bad signal in the old town. Dear guests I appreciate your review about experience in our restaurant. I'm very happy to read this. So any expat living in split knows the meat in this country kind of effects the entire burgers experience. Papas is probably one of the better burgers in town however you expect to get what you pay for... we ordered a bacon burger and there was no bacon. Asked the waiter and he lifted the bun to show us what apparently was a 1â piece of bacon bit stuck to the top of the burger bun. We laughed thinking he wouldnât realize and actually get bacon instead he said âyeah sorry that itâ and walked away. We were shocked. Sooo yeah, that speaks for itself. Probably go to Totoâs or something else where they give you what you pay for. The photos pretty hilarious but the experience was not.
