36 degrees, needed somewhere airconditioned for lunch. The menu was standard club fare, but very nicely done, pleasant staff, and a small selection of well presented salads and veg. Loved the fact that you could make your own Ceasar Salad. By keeping it simple the freshness was there. Would go back.

We had drinks and dinner a few times at the tavern. While the place is in need of an upgrade the food was really good and at very reasonable prices the drinks were reasonably priced and the staff really friendly. We really enjoyed this place and would visit again when back in Pottsville.

When this placed open, it was fantastic! The beef was great, the servings were big and the selection was awesome so we became regular customers. We went back a couple of weeks ago and had the brisket (Which is just awesome and was the lunch special). The serving has shrunk considerably...but we chalked that up to it being the lunch special. We went for dinner last week and discovered that the servings had just shrunk overall. In a small town, to bring people in with big portions (including coleslaw and chips) for yummy brisket, is the way to go. We are sea-changers and we decided previously that this is why we changed to a small town. How sad to see the brisket burger getting smaller, the chips portion coming out in a tiny basket with about 10 chips in it and the coleslaw disappearing entirely....... Less food not less price! They also no longer have ciders on tap.Overall, they have chosen a great recipe for beef but not for loyal customers. In a place with tourists only part of the year, this may prove their undoing.

My husband and I visited Fins last night and Iâm still dreaming about the food. Iâve never tasted food like it and we have been to some pretty superb restaurants around the world.We chose the 4 course set menu and could not fault it. AND the service was just as good. The staff were so lovely and we even got to chat to the chef. Such a romantic quaint place to dine. This dining experience should be on everyoneâs bucket list. We will be back !!! You really canât beat the location, casual Friday beers in a very comfortable setting with some of the best views you will find on the coast Service very welcoming and knowing we were waiting on friends arriving they gave us a last chance to order a meal before closing restaurant orders which was greatly appreciated Food was unfortunately only average, not bad but nothing too special .
