Was invited to two very high scale business receptions organised by friends of mine. “Vegetarian option” turned out to be boring rice with even more boring greens, but when mentioning it to the staff they really upped their game and came up with a seriously great and impressive veggie platter. All to be spoiled by a greedy incompetent Italian speaking waiter at the end of the evening - I asked “can I still order drinks” and without mentioning that he was going to charge for those at the end of a corporate he gave me the wine and a bill. After paying I went to the manager to complain and he mumbled some BS about “the waiter didn’t know” ... other from the fact that I had been there since before the beginning of the evening helping setup the event environment (organisers were good friends). Spirit seems to be “charge as much as possible and serve the lowest possible quality as you can get away with until customers complain”. Very disappointing event if stylish, have very mixed feelings about the evening there

It was a great evening. Service was good and the food was excellent. How ever overall the dishes were quite boring. I am looking forward to next winter when Tim Raue will run this place. Really looking forward to some Asian inspired dishes.

Having eaten in several Mongolian BBQ places in the past, we were very much looking forward to a nice meal and fun experience, particularly given the high rating on Trip Advisor. It was just OK. True, there was a wide variety of ingredients available for the BBQ. But the service was rather indifferent, and the starters were average at best. Not horrible, but certainly not one of the 10 best in St. Moritz...

Nice service, good ambience, they are only offering half the portion of selected regular dishes ( by selected I mean non expensive) to the half board guests at Laudinella and Reina Victoria. Actually I wonder whether it is still worthwhile to book HB. Better do a la carte if you don’t have kids. The food is quite authentic, but they don’t put a lot of vegi in the dishes. So a dish like spicy chicken with green beans will only have chicken and one or two beans. It is way too heavy for my taste.
