McMinnville is an Asian food desert with one or two exceptions, and Tiger Wok isn't one of them. It's real competition is Panda Express, with a similar but smaller menu, pricing, and counter service/take out focus. Overall, the food was rather tasteless, the noodles in my Lo Mien were more Italian than Asian, and the only thing differentiating my wife's sweet & sour pork from my orange chicken was the dipping sauce. Yes, dipping sauce. You have these dry, tasteless, fried meat nuggets instead of the usual moist meat inside of sauce. Long story short, Panda Express has nothing to worry about when it comes to its competitor Tiger Wok. Had it been another other community, it would have been a 1.5 star establishment. But because the bar is so low for Asian food in McMinnville, I give it a 3 stars--sadly average for our area--rating.

Felt like having Chinese, also close to our motel. Should have followed my instinct to turn around and leave as soon as I stepped inside. Dirty! Looked like the carpet hadn't been swept in days. Tea was okay but odd; teapot looked a bit greasy. The absolute worst hot and sour soup I have ever had! It was like gravy, with stuff added to it. And it was luke warm. All we ordered were two chicken dished -- not deep fried or anything -- and after a half hour, still no food. We were on a time line and couldn't wait around. Paid for the soup that we didn't eat -- we did complain about the soup, we couldn't eat it -- and left. Will not go back.

I have been to Kate's three times. The food is good - not great - the food truck owner is nice and makes the food fairly fast. It seems that she often runs out of food by 6:00, so you need to go early.I have had the Yellow Curry, Cashew Nut Chicken, Egg Rolls, Pad Thai and Fried Rice. The Cashew Nut Chicken and Egg Rolls are my favorite. The Pad Thai and Yellow Curry, were good, but the Fried RIce I did not like at all. Kate's is okay, but I will still be going to Thai Country

Went here for dinner with the family. We were seated promptly.atmosphere nothing to rave about. Varied menu including items for those who do not care for Chinese food. Had the lemon chicken and the chicken & green beans. Portions were very generous but would rate the food as being average, as was the service. Disappointing experience..

When a friend told me about restaurant locations having Karma I din't get it immediately. If this restaurant was located in a different location they would triple their business. Service is really an example of treating every guest individually and as very important. The food is made fresh for every order. The only drawback I can think of aside from location is there are no "authentic" Chinese dishes on the menu. Rather, there are the dishes you all know . . . Chicken Chow Mein, Broccoli Beef, Sweet and Sour Pork, etc. The Chef is good. If he just through down a few esoteric dishes from the area he was born and stop serving the American Version, I would go more often.

Great value. Friendly service. Tasty food. We have been enjoying Chans since they popped up initially in Salem. Then bought the current location in Mac. More recently the business has changed ownership, but they still do a good job filling us up with Chinese food made with fresh crisp vegetables, proteins and sauces. Always good!

Oh Thai Country how I've missed you! After being closed for 1-2 months because of severe water damage, they finally re-opened! Quite different from what I've been used to. Everything is new ..... walls, ceiling, floors, etc. But the same people and the same good food! Thanks for opening back up!
