Thai & Sushi Bar near Cannon AFB, Clovis,NM

The udon was ok; however, the pho was sub par. The broth lacked flavor, the noodles were hard and the bean sprouts were slimy when I went to put some in so I skipped on those. The meatball lacked the texture that makes Vietnamese meatballs so yummy and instead was reminiscent of rubber. All in all disappointing.

Came here for quick lunch. Very disappointed. Egg Drop Soup too thick and could barely taste any chicken. Egg Rolls basically all cabbage and greasy, Won Tons had some sort of gummy tasteless filling. LoMein no flavor but shrimp were cooked well and not overdone. Rice cold. Will not return and cannot recommend.

Very, very good food and service. I just had some spring rolls and steamed dumplings. Both were fresh and tasty with perfect accompanying sauces. Gentlemen who took my order and delivered my food could not have been any more courteous. Seats about 40 with variety of seating choices. Clean and nice, unobtrusive jazz music in the background. You order and pay at the counter; beverages, napkins, chopsticks, etc. are self serve. I hope they have a great response and I’m anxious to return and try other menu items. Highly recommended.

Went to Saeng's about three times and never had any good meal and the buffet is the worst of all. The ingredients are subpar and they try to cover this up by making things extra spicy and even the spices are wrong! I have never tasted a worse Pad Thai and I have tried many over time. The place is a shambles on both the inside and the outside and is most definitely not clean and sanitary. I can only imagine the kitchen - based on what can be seen. I would not recommend this to anyone.
