Not very good. I ordered Szechuan and Thai chicken. Both hardly had any meat, mostly large onion pieces a few peapods and a lot of Asian type canned goods (baby corn chopped up bamboo shoots and water crescents. I tried both threw out over half my plate and the leftovers. I won't be going back. Some of the worst I've ever had.

We reserved 26 seats for my adult daughters family birthday dinner. We arrived right on time and I informed T.J. the manager, that we only had 23 attending now (3 had to cancel) and an additional 3 were running late (about 30 minutes). T.J. informed the other 20 of us that we were going to have to wait the 30 minutes until every member arrived. When I insisted that the 20 of us that are there, be seated, he proceeded to count the members of our family and inform US that only 17 were there, as if we didn't know who was there from our family. Once my husband and I informed him that we are well aware of who in this room is our family and what guests were waiting that weren't in our family, they seated the 20. The additional 3 actually arrived much sooner than anticipated and were brought back to the area to be seated. They weren't there for maybe 3 minutes, they were saying initial hello's, taking off coats and T.J. brought his unprofessional self into the entire area and proceeded to yell (and that's no exaggeration, he was actually yelling) at these recent family members telling them that they 'NEED TO SIT DOWN!'. He yelled it more than once, which in turn caught the entire area's attention to which my husband responded. This was all so their order could be taken by the waitress and he stated "BECAUSE WE HAVE OTHER GUESTS THAT NEED TO BE SEATED!". During our entire stay, we were the only guests that were seated in this entire area so the guests up front, had nothing to do with our area. He was an embarrassment to my community (we were the only family at this event from Clarkston) and an embarrassment to the restaurant itself. I will NEVER go back to Sagano's. A tremendous amount of money was spent that day in the restaurant and that was the treatment we received. It was completely mortifying. I've read reviews in the past and should have known not to go to Sagano's. T.J. you are disgrace to the food & management industry.We a very strict policy about not being able to seat a party until all of the guest's arrive. Unfortunately in a hibachi style restaurant tables are limited, and we have to be efficient with their use in order to cover our overhead. I am sure that had the shoe been on the other foot and you arrived and were told that the party in front of you had arrived 30 minutes late and that you were going to have to wait for them to finish that you would have been equally upset. Thank you for your business, while I understand that this doesn't fix your problem, hopefully it will make at least a little bit of sense. With limited tables and chefs, we have to manage them in a very efficient way or our pricing would have to sky rocket to cover our costs. That being said, we will discuss this situation with our management team and work to find better ways to communicate with our guests. Thanks again for your business.

We love the Pad Thai with Chicken, and the General Tso was good too. This is our "go to" for Thai and we have never been disappointed. We order medium hot and that is perfect for our tastes.

I am glad I didnt read any of the bad reviews before going because we absolutely loved the food here. We ordered the "Dinner for Two" which was: A choice between egg drop soup or Wonton soup, 2 egg rolls, Almond Chicken and steak Kow. It was served with a choice between fried rice or white rice. The cost of this was 24.95 and with 2 coke products the end total was $30.65. The resturaunt does have a full bar in case you would like something adult to drink. They also have a great assortment of jewelry for sale and is staged very nicely as you walk in.I have to say the egg rolls we were served were fresh and not chewy. We really enjoyed them. The entree was hot, simple, and very tasty. We loved how it was seasoned. I can always add soy sauce to mine to give it more of a stronger taste where my husband doesnt like alot of salt. We both were pleased. The interior of the place is decorated very nicely with an oriental theme and enhanced by softly played asian instrumental music. The cost of all menu items are competitively priced and reasonable. What stopped me from giving the place 5 stars are 2 things:1. The waitress wasnt very sociable. Very to the point. Now this is a personal preference and other customers may enjoy that.2. Even though the inside of the place was beautiful it didnt have a upbeat energy to it. We went there on Friday at 6pm and the place was practically empty. That was disappointing. I dont like loud noisy restaurants but I dont like to be the only one either. price: excellent; cleanliness: excellent; Food: very good; Ambiance: fair too good; overall satisfaction: very good;
