never had such a bad reservation service at any All Accor hotel

Personally emailed them with the request for availability of two rooms next to eachother. just recieved an email back, with a link of the hotel........ and the remark. children below 16 are not welcome in the Spa...... no help in getting the correct rooms..... no message on webistes etc about the spa (no children without adult guidance would have been a better option....) would be better if the would advertice ADULT ONLY. called the hotel to discuss, no management available to help.. i had to call back after 14.00.... amazing that this is happening on a service level not worth a MGallery, All Accor hotel!

Ideal hotel for short stay
Reviewed By shots219We spent 2 nights here in the lovely city of Strasbourg. Very well positioned only a 5 minute walk from the cathedral and close to restaurants, bars and river/canal. Large room (standard) with a huge, rather over sized, bathroom. Make sure you ask for a refurbished room. Adequate breakfast. No complimentary water which is unusual. Recommend an open top boat trip to view lots of sights, good value.

Not as nice as it looked online
Reviewed By nicolej597The room was smaller than it looked online, the bathroom was tiny, dated and a little dirty. And the town of Barr is not very nice. Compared to the place we stayed the night before in Interswiller, this place and all of Barr was a bit disappointing.

Kind of disappointed
Reviewed By Elin EI can not say that it was a bad stay but it just did not leave any memorable experiences. Breakfast was ok, there was fresh baguettes, toast bread, jam, fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice and a good selection of cheese. The bed in the room was comfortable but one could hear everyone passing by the door in the corridor. I think it just was the small things like i had to search the owner to have some hot water for my breakfast tea or that the starter should be the star of the three course dinner. The owners were not unfriendly but I just found them a bit disengaged.

Charming old inn in delightful historic location
Reviewed By John PLovely old building and spacious bedroom for 3 at the front of the hotel with fine view over square. Traffic noise intermittently overnight (always useful to have earplugs). Nice breakfast and pleasant staff. Lovely sitting outside under sunshades and having a cold beer. Barr strikingly pretty town to walk around.

Distance entre les différentes activités restaurants et villages abordable. Hôte très disponible et accueillante. Aux petits soins. Dispose de jeux de société pour les enfants et la famille. Beaucoup de documents pour les visites. Très bon conseil pour restaurants et visites à faire. Seul bémol le forfait menage. Location relativement propre mais quelques désagréments laissés par les anciens locataires. Vaisselles et odeur de tabac...

Reviewed By Philippe BAppartement dernier étage , attention aux escaliers assez raides et étroits surtout pour les valises. Celui ci est bien aménagé et climatisateur bien venu avec cette chaleur. Confort et équipé. Situation géniale en plein centre, proche de tous commerces et restaurants.
