This restaurant has all the trappings of an exclusive experience, beautiful decor, attentive service, average prices for a sharing tapas of €20 and the portions that can be measured mouthfuls rather than mounds. Whilst the dishes looked beautiful, the flavour just was not memorable enough to justify the price, that is the fundamental thing for a restaurant claiming to be gastronomic and.in my humble opinion it did not deliver. In the competitive market for dinner in Palma, I am afraid I would not go back a second time.Dear client, Thank you very much for choosing our Restaurant Fabiola to have dinner. We highly appreciate your opinion as it makes us improve every day and offer the best gastronomic quality. We do apologize if we did not meet your expectations, we are working very hard in order to exceed them. Our gastronomic proposal is based on Mediterranean cuisine to share in the middle of the table with family or friends. We would love to have a second opportunity and change this first impression. Very best regards, Lorenzo Riera | Fabiola Gastronomic Garden

Palma has hundreds of restaurants from small Tapas bars to Michelin quality venues.Fervor sits comfortably in the middle serving tasty, modern dishes alongside Spanish classics, such as Gambas and Paella. We chose Pork which was moist and a lovely stuffed Chicken dish. The staff were excellent and spoke very good English. The overall price was reasonable and the decor was modern and well-lit. Would recommend as a change from the norm.Gracias ChesterLeStreet por tu visita, por tu reseña tan detallada y por recomendarnos. Te esperamos pronto!

If you love fish this is the place to come. Thefish is laid out like a fishmongers and you choose whatever you want. It's weighed and sent to the kitchen to be cooked. The fish is superb and the only reason .I haven't rated a five was because it wasn't explained to us that if you want anything with the fish you have yo ask. You're not told what options there there. Only bread is placed on the table in a basket. We saw others had salad and it was no problem they served it quickly. Many people queue outside for a table and whilst we were not rushed its not a restaurant where you woukd sit fir a few hours. The wine was good, and a really unique experience, a very busy, bustling place. Loved it.

We found this restaurant on Tripadvisor and would definitely recommend it to everybody. The people are very friendly and even offer you a degestivo. We took a starter, main dish and a dessert and we enjoyed all of them! The restaurant is quite small so during the weekend it will be difficult to get a spot without reservation.

We stumbled across this restaurant from reviews. It’s not in the normal hub of tourist restaurants and can be found at the north of the capital up by the train station. The staff were absolutely amazing and very welcoming and extremely accommodating for a group of 6. The portion sizes are huge and the starters nearly finished us off. Every dish was full of flavour. Between us for mains we had cod which incredibly succulent and rib eye steak. I wouldn’t say the rib eye was the best steak I’ve eaten which was a shame given the v high standards of the starters. There was so much food I would have been happy leaving it at that! We had the house white Muscat from Spain which was about €20 and tasted like a much more expensive wine.. all 6 of us would definitely recommend and it was good to get away from the tapas style restaurants for a night. Very good value for money.

This is quite a small restaurant, the upstairs closed, and run by a charming, albeit lugubrious, elderly man, in tandem with his Vietnamese lady chef. There are only about 5 tables. There is a menu in Spanish, one in English on large chalk boards, plus the tapas menu. We had 5 tapas, and all were great, though sometimes sat a minute after the chef put them on the counter and rang the bell. The owner never rushed to serve them, or anything else. Many of the tapas came with soy dips, and/or sticky rice, and the Bistrot description is a bit misleading, since the only Spanish dish we had was the deep fried padron peppers. This wasn't always obvious from the menu, however. There is a decent winelist, at very modest restaurant prices, and the food was also keenly priced.Strongly recommended for an entertaining meal, and the food very good. You probably need to book. You take issue with the fact that I am "Lugubrious and elderly". I have to note that you are retired and probably older than myself so it is interesting for someone older to refer to someone younger as elderly. You also state that my wife is Vietnamese but my wife is French, parents French, grandparents French also and went to Rouen university and school in Cannes. You also state that Bistro is misleading, although wikipedia states that a Bistro is a family run restaurant offering food that the family likes to eat, it is not related to specifically, as you have wrongly stated Spanish food. We offer Padron peppers, Gazpacho, Sobrasada, Cecina and Trampo, Assorted Mallorquin and Menorquin cheese, Allioli, Bacalao salad with Almond dressing and many more Spanish items, so again you wrongly point out that we only serve one Spanish item which is Padron Peppers. You also point out that the Tapas waited "One minute" on the kitchen bar before they were brought to the table, I measured the time it takes to walk from the bar to the kitchen and back and it is 10 seconds each way which is 20 total. If someone is wanting another beer or glass of wine or asking a question for example (what does lugubious mean for example) it would take me one minute to get things to the table, is that so bad? I have a sign outside which states that we have no pizza, no pasta, no french fries, no paella and that we are also slow, but now maybe i should change that from slow to Lugubrious although i think that there would be more questions than what i have now and it would slow me down and the ones in a hurry (ie, yourself) that want everything in front of them fast wouldn´t like it. I also see that you finish by strongly recommending the restaurant. Although you enjoyed yourselves it would seem that you have in general a pessimistic view on life. The glass being half empty.

The meat was outstanding - the foie gras starter, chateau briand and the Swiss rib eye were terrific cuts, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The wines were also excellent and good value. The flan dessert didn't match the quality of the other course. The owner was friendly and helpful and the service was good. It was quiet on a Wednesday night so lacked a bit of atmosphere.Gracias Mark por dedicar unos minutos a compartir su experiencia con el resto de usuarios.Esperamos volver a verle pronto, un saludo!
