Had 2 wonderful meals from this place. My filet mignon was done to perfection and had a tasty array of roasted vegetables. My wife's stuffed chicken was also delicious and rave worthy. Excellent wine selection and good service in a peaceful and lovely setting. My only complaint would be that the carpet needed some vacuuming because there was food all over it, and we ate at the first sitting of the evening.

Stopped for lunch on a Thursday. It was quite chilly so we didn't eat outside but the deck looked like a great place to have a meal.
I had a naan chicken Sandwich which was quite good: fries were average at best. My wife had a french onion soup which was OK, but overpriced at $ 10.00.
The atmosphere here is great. Lively, friendly servers, music and a great view. If you are looking for a nice spot with decent food, this is a good place to try.

Four of us had lunch there recently. We had the most delectable & one of the best Pizzas that we have ever tasted. Jacinta, our waitress was the epitome of excellence. She was very cordial, attentive, and down-to-earth. A real GENUINE young lady with outstanding potential to go far in what ever she endeavours.
It was a most pleasant experience and an establishment that I would highly recommend.
Kudos to all!

I have no idea why this restaurant is so highly rated. It is extremely over priced and the food is nothing special. $7 to add one (1) shrimp to a pasta dish? I have never heard of something so ridiculous. I came home to Toronto the following night and 4 of us had a lovely and far more delicious dinner for less than what we paid here for 2 of us. There are much better places to eat in Muskoka.

We went to Don's based on recommendations from the Internet. Apparently the butter tarts are all the rage. We ordered one of each and are glad we stopped at that. The dough was tasteless and not flaky and the contents was not very flavourful and kind of gel like. Plus there wasn't much filling even there. Try a buttertart at the Tobermory Bakery if you want to know what a real one taste like. Too bad.

It is always busy here and you can call and order pastries. The boutique is nice and offers a lot of different gift items and cottage decor.
The issue is... it smells terrible. I wish I knew what the smell was. We have stopped by twice but had to leave because of the smell. I feel bad writing this but someone has to say something. We go elsewhere when we drive by because of this ... sorry.
But the whole going nose blind must be true for the staff.

This place is a fantastic spot for lunch. Directly on the water and accessible by boat or car, Lakeside offers an excellent breakfast and lunch menu. We tried the vegetarian and chicken wraps, the butternut squash and cranberry soup and the thin crust pizzas. All were delicious with excellent presentation, quality and more than adequate quantity. Prices are a bit high but normal for the area and well worth it for the quality, lovely view and friendly service.

This Firefighter themed restaurant offered very quick and friendly service. There were obvious regulars enjoying their meals. The woman who waited on me was attentive and welcoming. The food was fresh and tasty and some fruit was substituted for eggs (which I don't eat but were part of the special) which was a great suggestion by my waitress. I have added some photos so you can see the plate. Priced reasonably ($9.50) plus coffee, it was a chance drop in that proved to start my day off right. Special shout out for the kind service.

A great year round waterfront restaurant. We are adjacent to local marina with fantstic view of lake muskoka. . Patio-Restaurant-Lounge.. Lunch and dinner are casual gourmet, We ask that all guests pmease be mi dg that we cook from scratch. Our meals take approximately 30 min to arrive to your table. So please have a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Our hours are Tuesday to Thursday. 11:30 am till 8 PM. FRiday Ana Saturday. 11 AM to 9 PM. SUnday 11 AM to 8 PM. . Last Seating is half our before close. We do lock our doors 15 min before close time to ensure everyone enjoys there dining experience.

Out of the way and nestled amongst trees and water in a cottage-esque setting, this is a cozy and very fitting restaurant for a weekend trip to Gravenhurst. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would definitely return. Service was very good, and we enjoyed our starter, mains and dessert.
