They took us the bus ticket to Inle Lake, being picked up in front of the hostel. The breakfast is THE BEST we have ever seen (and we try to travel a lot...). Lots of great quality and tasty local food! :P Laundry service in one day also available and room is comfortable and totally clean. We definitely recommend it!

Reviewed By Brianna05Great location. The staff were friendly and reception was manned 24hrs a day. Bed and pillows were very comfy and the shower was lovely and hot. Breakfast was huge. Not a buffet style. Instead they gave you plates of food to each table. It was too much food for one person and I did wonder if it was uneaten food from another table as I found it hard to believe a country like this would throw away food. You could hire e-bikes from reception for 10,000 kyat ($10AUD) a day which was very handy to get to all the pagodas and restaurants. Great stay. Would recommend.

Breakfast and pool, but not the room
Reviewed By irina bBreakfast was very good (pancakes, eggs, sausage, very good coffee, and the usual rest). The setting is nice in a lush garden, and of course the pool is great though small and gets crowded if +2 people. The room however is not up to standard at all. Tiny bath where you hit your elbows when showering, same with wash basin. On toilet you hit your knees on the wall. The room is super basic. No mosquito netting. Could use some nice touches and nets.

They allowed us to check in early, recommended nearby restaurants and place to visit, and even called the our bus company to confirm our pick up time. Restaurants and small souvenir shops are within walking distance. Breakfast buffet is great, with unlimited coffee and tea. Meals are at the rooftop, with a good view of the nearby pagodas. They also have an in-room massage service - tip: point the type of massage you want from the list so they know the type of massage you want.

Price is reasonable , room facilities are perfect with proper item such us Flat TV, Mini Bar, AC, Breakfast, Shower room and etc., Available bus ticket and flight tickets. You can rent the EBike too at guest house. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall one of the good place to stay in bagan.

Nice service and perfect location
Reviewed By Florent HThis Hotel is perfectly located between Old Bagan and Nyaung U, so exactly where you want to be ( you don't want to be in Nyaung U itself trust me on that). There is a E-scooter rental place literally 10m away from the hotel and also avery nice restaurant (i forgot the name) just across the wooden bridge so 20s walking distance. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful, they will gladly arrange bust tickets and other relevant services for you. The breakfast is big and tasty and offers different options between standard continental style and local dishes. It is served in the garden on the roof. The garden is a lovely area with plants, flower and grass on the floor and few sweet kittens running around. the house keeping cleans everyday your room and keeps high standard for the hotel. Very reasonable price for the room so I highly recommend it. Good to know you can pay in local currency and USD.

Reviewed By Pioneer21472714302Amazing outlooks so green and full of trees around , marvelous pool full view of Ayarwaddi River , service was outstanding and rooms are great deco and nice clean but bath tub and toilets cover out of date and old ! Bath tub even can’t stand and got broken before shower due to our dated then hotel trying to charged us but we accept their apology extended then off course it’s not our mistake! Even hotel should responsible if we get hurt or any issues of hospitalizations ! Thank you Royal KK and be careful and consider if you are planning to charged customers due to hotel outdated usage items ,if you want to stand up your hotel business to grow then be smart!!

Reviewed By joremardelfinI had a good stay at this guest house, their staff is helpful and they even allowed me to check-in early with complimentary breakfast!:-) i got food poisoned from Mandalay and the staff of this hotel offered me a plate of delicious bananas :-) I recommend this hotel for people who would like to travel to Bagan, it's easy to navigate and they have ebikes for rent too, this is a walking distance to many restaurants for foreigners also:-) Presently some rooms are under construction as they have to improve more so expect some and little nuisance in the morning :-)
