Great stay in Bagan
Reviewed By limengmeng167I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel looks really clean from ourside to inside the room. I was impressed by the welcome drink - pineapple juice! The best juice I’ve ever taste before 10/10. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, she gave me a lot of travel advise and needed information. All the staff are friendly, always wear a big smile. I rented e-bike here. It was really great to ride around and enjoy the atmosphere. Thank you Bagan Nova. Absolutely come back if I have a chance!

Reviewed By CJem1This is a little family- owned, 6-hut B&B with the nicest owners. They allowed us to check in early, arranged bikes for us and prepared a lovely breakfast. The huts are cosy with a private spacious shower/toilet attached. Location is perfect for exploring Bagan. Thoroughly recommend this place!

A good base to explore Bagan
Reviewed By melissaj962Enjoyed our 3 night stay here. We arrived at about 6am and the staff were kind enough to provide us with a room after our overnight coach from Yangon which was very kind and much needed! The WiFi wasn’t working in this particular room and so the staff moved us to another room the next day with no problems. The shower was hot and power and the bed clean and comfortable. We found this was a good base to explore Bagan and the pagodas. We hired a bike from the reception and they were flexible with the rental to allow us to hire for a few hours in the morning and then in the evening too. The staff were helpful and kind and we would recommend staying here if you’re looking for somewhere on a budget whilst in Bagan.

Reviewed By Gil Mthe rooms were fine ,we got two rooms with a connecting door (We have 4 children). the breakfast was great. But mostly the service was amazing. First they gave us a room, 5am when we arrived no extra charge. They were super nice and helpful. We rented ebiks from them 8000 chat that's the normal price. They tried to help in every way they could.

Reviewed By synnenorwayReally loved this place! The staff were very helpful at all times, and the reception is staffed 24/7. They were always very helpful and friendly. Best thing was the beautiful rooftop were you got a great view of the balloons! They even had free sunrise yoga, very nice! The breakfast was very good, pancakes and eggs and fried noodles, excellent! Room was very pretty. Only thing is that the bathroom started to smell after about a day, maybe something wrong with the ventilation. But would definetely come back, good location also! Good value for money!

Reviewed By Robert937More a hotel than a hostel at a central location in Nyaung U. You can rent bicycles or e-bikes and e-scooters nearby. There are plenty of restaurants geared at tourists at 1 km distance. Stayed five nights in a room with four beds which were occupied by nice travelers most of the time. The place was kept clean. All facilities worked well, with the exception of WiFi on my last day. The place is run in a businesslike way, but efficient. You get a receipt after payment. They book a bus ticket and help out with information. Generally there is one person who speaks English. The buffet breakfast is very good compared to other hostels in Myanmar and includes wholeweath bread and some fruit as well as as rice and noodles. They are forthcoming in case of need and served an early breakfast at 6:30AM (normal hours between 7:00 and 9:30AM).

Avoid at all cost
Reviewed By Bobbie TThis was the worse hotel we stayed at. To call the rooms bungalow style is a huge over statement for what were actually small dirty brown rooms. The whole place needs to be renovated. Our room was filthy , could hardly bear to walk on carpet. Linen stained, bathroom grubby. Furniture in room was old and outdated. No toilet paper and as staff do not understand English was difficult to get some. We eventually ended up with someone else's half roll! No choice at breakfast only eggs, fruit and toast. We saw no other guests here during a 3 day stay. Please avoid you can do much better.
