Decided to try this on our way through Memphis, right off the highway and had good reviews. Older part of town, old building, possibly sketchy neighborhood, total hole-in-the-wall place...BUT, if you want an authentic experience and excellent bbq...the chopped BBQ sandwich is incredible! Small menu, William himself sits at the counter, they take your order at the counter with a notebook and pen, and they add your total up with a calculator. Very glad we tried it...would definitely stop here again if we’re in the area!

This place was pretty bad on the inside and the outside. Both were dirty and falling apart. All food was microwaved and Luke warm if luckily. Not sure where they cook anything from. I ate 2 bites of my food and threw the rest away at the truck stop down the road as did many in my party . We stopped on our way threw town because of the good reviews. But seriously the health department needs to look into this place.

Our family loved this little BBQ joint hidden in the alleyway! The atmosphere was inviting and the kids enjoyed seeing the old jukebox and photos that decorated the walls. Our food was delivered fast, which is always helpful with squirmy littles. Excellent service and plenty of food to fill you up!
