This is single handedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at...
Reviewed By jimmerhand1This is truly a hotel to stay away from. We had the misfortune of making a 5 day reservation with this hotel. The hotel is aged and VERY noisey. The hallways were very noisey with large gaps under the doors to the room. Every night and morning, we heard the people above us walking on the floors like a family of pachyderms. The beds were uncomfortable the heating and air system sounded like a 747 was taking off next to the bed. I am really not sure how they have the ratings they have...

Reviewed By Thaler NThroughout the 3 days, there were dirty dishes and broken glass in the hallway despite cleaning people on floor. Room lacked bathroom glasses, had broken safe, dense cobwebs in corner, and not offered cookies. Safe would not lock after 'fixed'. Bathroom glasses never delivered.

Reviewed By 381katherinsWhile visiting for business, My colleagues and I arrived separately. I arrived, check in with no wait and was told of amenities available. I offered a credit card for 'incidentals' and was told the room was prepaid so there was no need. They arrived in traditional Islamic hijab, were made to wait a long time, were not offered amenities nor were they asked, like the group ahead of them, if they wanted rooms near one another. They were given a hard time about whether in fact the room was reserved or paid, and the employee eventualy produced it... as the paper in her hand. Although the room was prepaid by the company, one coleague was called by the front desk at 10 pm and required to give her credit card at the risk of being asked to leave. The business came the next to verify that, in fact, the room was paid and there should be no issues. When the colleague arrived home, she learned that her credit card was, in fact, also charged. How is this acceptable? No apology was offered when we were there after the prepayment was verified and no attempt was made to make sure the stay at company standards. I have trusted Marriott for decades and this was deplorable! Embarrasing and not acceptable.

Sad, Dated Facility - Stay Somewhere Else
Reviewed By dmorgan02653As a Hilton Diamond Rewards Member, I was extremely disappointed with this facility. No housekeeping, trash overflowing the outside trash cans, poor breakfast - not the usual Homewood Suites quality. I recommend that you stay somewhere else.

Dirty sheets, zero housekeeping, moldy bathrooms
Reviewed By P4120GJjenbI just checked out of the WORST Marriott experience I have had in 30 years of consistent stays with Marriott hotels. We checked in late Thursday night after a 6 hour drive, we checked in. Got to the room - there were only a handful of towels and zero washcloths. The sheets on the beds were stained and had black hairs on them. We had to cover the stained sheets with towels that we had to go to the front desk for. The next morning, housekeeping came early around 9 and my husband told her to come back in about 2 hours. She said sure, no problem. We get back to the hotel late, around 11 pm and discover that housekeeping did not come back. The tiny garage cans were overflowing, there were no clean towels, and the sheets were still stained. I call the front desk and was told that housekeeping was closed but that they would send up towels and sheets. They arrived and I had to change the filthy sheets myself and gather the dirty sheets and towels up. The next morning, we left early and while out and about we called the hotel to make sure that someone would finally clean the room. A man answered the phone and testily told us that if we wanted the room cleaned, we had to request that. I have never heard of such nonsense in my life and the last Marriot we stayed in (early May 2022) had no such policy. My husband advised that we had requested it (when he spoke with the housecleaner) and the employee's reply was, "well, our cleaners don't speak English." What kind of response is that? Then as my husband was complaining, the employee hung up on him. My husband called back, same guy answered the phone and cut my husband off - telling him he was going to transfer him to his supervisor. The supervisor was equally unhelpful and testy, and scolded us that we should've known better because when "you checked in you signed a paper advising you about cleanings." Well, actually, we didn't know because we never signed ANYTHING when we checked in. I only gave my DL and credit card for incidentals. The remainder of the stay was the same - no housekeeping, no towels, ZERO washcloths, molded bathroom fixtures with a non-existent exhaust fan, musty carpeting, and zero concern for guest experience. One morning when existing the hotel, I waited a few minutes for the desk attendant to look up and help me because he was watching videos on his phone while stuffing his face the guest's buffet breakfast items. $200 a night to have the worst experience. Also - the entire pool area is closed for unknown reasons even though it was 90 degrees. And although the hotel is "smoke free," the smell of pot was super strong in the hallways. Marriott's quality is not what it used to be - very disappointed.

Immaculate and upscale inn

Immaculately clean with friendly and efficient service, the bathrooms are new, the food is good, the beds are comfortable, the windows open, it's very quiet, and the rooms are simple. Totally relaxing.
