We were a party of 40 locals, with a group booking at The Piano Garden which was made at least a month before. On arrival we were surprised that we could not buy a drink at the bar, but were told to sit down at our table and wait to be served - but to be fair, once we had a waiter the wine/beer was free flowing. The restaurant had a really extensive menu (9 pages!), so our table wrote down our starter/main/side orders to simplify matters for the staff. Food was OK, but not spicy or tasty enough for most, but no-one was really bothered as the live music was good and the night was enjoyable. When the bill came, our table of 10 paid without checking and gave a fairly generous tip (well over 10%) - so we were amazed when a whole week later the restaurant came back to us, saying they made a mistake and had not charged us for the starters and some wine! After many communications, much against our better judgement, we decided to pay an additional â¬50 as a gesture of good will. The Piano Garden should learn from this experience and agree (as they were offered), a set meal at an all inclusive price when dealing with large groups. The whole affair left a bitter taste in our mouths and we will not return, and definitely will not recommend to any of our considerable amount of friends in the area - so beware if you are thinking of taking a large group to this establishment

We always have a fantastic meal at Haweli! The staff are friendly, efficient and attentive. The food is delicious and well priced and the restaurant itself is really nice, with seating inside and outside. Definitely the best Indian in Carvoeiro, I strongly recommend it. âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸Thank you so much

Lovely restaurant! We were looking for vegan options and this popped up. Waiter took the time to go through menu and what was available, and really made the experience personal! Food was amazing, well presented, and everything was done with a smile. Would definitely recommend if you are vegan, vegetarian or not!

I use this restaurant regularly both to eat in and takeaway, the menu is extensive, the quality of the food is consistently excellent and the service is first class. They go out of their way to meet your needs and go the extra mile. Canât recommend it highly enough, wish more people would use it but because of its location away from the village centre it seems to lose out, unfairly in my view and all the people I know who use it. I would encourage all residents and visitors to patronise this little gem, we donât want to lose it!

My husband and I visited Masala House after reading some great reviews.The service and food were amazing! We had a main course consisting of Rogan Josh chicken curry and Balti chicken curry with pellew rice, plain naan and chips.The food was absolutely declicious, fantastic portions and we were left feeling full.I would definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant! :)

Visited here on holiday to the area, everything about this place was 100%!! Food was amazing, we had the sharer platter and a chicken tikka masala and a butter chicken, both full of flavour! Staff customer service great too! Wish it was our local curry house!! If we return we will be back!!

We visited here based on TripAdvisor reviews and we weren't disappointed! We ordered the chicken vindaloo served with rice and naan bread as well as the chicken tikka biryana. The food was super tasty and if we would have been staying longer then we definitely would have visited again! Highly recommend!
