Reviewed By Brian CVery clean welcoming staff. Nice place, rooms were very nice, bed was comfortable. Staff made you feel welcome and inviting. Breakfast was great lots of selections. Parking was very well lit and safe. No Issues.

Bug problem
Reviewed By Tasha GAwoke to hundreds of ants crawling all over the tv stand/dresser and inside the bag of donuts we bought for breakfast. Fortunately it was on the day of checkout. And thankfully we hadn’t just reached into the bag of donuts in the dark and started eating. The staff was great but the hotel has a bug problem. Certainly expected more for $139/night. We won’t be back.

Reviewed By LeosiiOverall, Isle Casino Hotel is a nice place to stay and play. my sister and I stayed 3 nights over holiday wknd and had fun at the casino, enjoyed great views from our room of the Mississippi River and dining at Kellers Grill. We had a South Tower Suite, the room is overall very nice, a bit dated and could be cleaner for sure. We had fun gambling, mainly slots and video poker…All staff were very friendly and attentive. We had great service from Dina, Danielle, and Casey, bartenders and Rebecca a beverage server! my host Anthony took care of us and is great. Overall good variety of gambling options. The availability of alcoholic drinks is just one bar though and hours are limited. note (BYOB) in room to compensate… Also, drinks are very pricey for a Casino. Food options along with alcohol are limited too and that is one downside. But there are many dining options close by in the neighborhood. One weird item to note in rooms is the toilets are miniature and made for pre schooler’s… Very low to the ground oddly… As Caesars takes more hold and improves the dining and drink availability, selection and options, along with cleanliness, we definitely look forward to regular return trips!

Needs a deep clean
Reviewed By KARENW291I was in the area for a dog show. They have specific rooms for dogs. These rooms need a good cleaning. They need to vacuum behind the furniture and clean the carpets, my dogs were very interested in a spot on the carpet, I had to cover with my suitcase. The microwave needs to air out. Would not stay again.

Decent place, looks to be in transition
Reviewed By joelegsStayed one night, Auguest 2021. The positives first - staff were friendly. Front of the outside of the hotel looks renovated and nice. Lobby is renovated and also looks nice. The AC in the common areas and the room was great. Had a huge TV in the room with good cable/satellite, etc. The room looked like it had been cleaned well. I got a fantastic rate for this type hotel and I'd say that because of the low rate, my value was very very good. The average stuff - this is a 2.5 star kinda place and the hallways could use some new carpet, but they weren't bad. The bed was ok comfortable. The not so great stuff - the room, while clean, smelled musty and like smoke. Like they had tried to get the smoke smell out but were unsuccessful. I'm not that bothered by that, but it was a bummer. The TV, while good, was on this awful hanging rack that allowed it to move but you could not really get it to hold it's position that well. When I stayed, the hotel seemed packed but I never had any issues with noise. There were people out in the parking lot, but everyone was very nice and such. I'd stay here again but probably not if I brought my family along as they'd not tolerate the smoke smell.

Reviewed By mcarney2022Dirty, smelly, rip off since they charged me $55.00 for the free point stay. Pool was closed, nothing was explained if the added charge, fridges were unplugged and stunk. Towels were dirty, ligt bulbs missing. Horrible stay!

Great tower suite
Reviewed By Peg FI just got back to Alabama after a 5 night xmas stay at the Cambria. The suite w/remote floor to ceiling window shades, was awesome. I felt like I was in my Orange Beach condo. The rooms were very spacious and upscale. The staff, bartender and servers were friendly and helpful. This will be my go to hotel when visiting my fam and taking my grandkids for a couple days. Food also very good.
