Reviewed By Tom Vwe booked a suite here, but the chamber was a bit simple, with the toilet in the room. Owner and wife are very nice and tried to do everything. Breakfast is very complete but too much for use. Room had strangely enough no waist basket. When the waether is good the swimming pool is full and lots of noise, dont go here when you wish for a peaceful afternoon

We had originally only booked one night but as we were visiting family in the area we extended to two nights. Bathroom was very spacious and clean. We didn't try the bar so can not comment on that. They hae onsite parking and its free which was a big bonus for us.

Reviewed By 83belenvMuy mala experiencia. Reservamos una habitación para mi marido y mi hijo y nos cobraron dos habitaciones en el mismo momento de llegar al hotel (hicimos la reserva por booking). Llevamos desde el 3 de septiembre intentando que nos devuelvan la estancia de tres días en total 315,15€ y seguimos a la espera. No lo recomiendo para nada. Espero poder recuperar ese dinero y que en un futuro no se lo hagan a nadie más. Es incomprensible. Los dueños del hotel le echan la culpa a booking. Dicen que no es culpa de ellos. A mi me es indiferente de quien sea, la cuestión es que no nos devuelven el dinero.

Good if you are into spas
Reviewed By Helen TStayed here as a group when visiting Porto. A little too far from Porto to be convenient for visiting the city. The hotel is fine...just nothing special about it. Staff are pleasant and helpful and the rooms are comfortable, if a little dark for my taste. Well equipped bathroom with robex. Food in general was good and plentiful. We didn't use the spa but we're told it was good. It does cost to use the pool but this is because it is a spa pool not an ordinary swimming pool. I feel the hotel could have been better with more attention paid to details e.g. the safes didn't work (despite asking on multiple occasions), the orange juice at breakfast was very weak etc

The hotel that needs a LOT of TLC
Reviewed By hardware44Plus points ..Great position, Free car parking, Clean room and Bathroom, Friendly staff, Wi Fi, Good price. Minus points.. The hotel is tired it needs a lot of TLC . Dim lighting, Window blind blades laying loose, Toilet fittings loose, Curtains did not close properly, The most basic breakfast buffet I have ever seen, My suggestion is that the management should talk to a large hotel group Ibis or similar and go for a merger. They will bring them up to date.
