Reviewed By F5315I agree with some of the other reviewers, bad customer experience .My main issue,I had to add a extra night so I called the motel direct, they said that they would cancel my stay and to go on line and rebook! I did what was recommended . I was double charged for one of the nights. I was apparently booked for 2 rooms and only given a key for 1 room, seems strange that I would need 2 rooms for one person as indicated on my booking.I called 4 or 5 times to resolve this with no results.The next time I called I talked to the manager and was told that I had to have proof my cancellation,I didn't record the phone call, my bad! I was also instructed to call corporate, no help there!So Im only out 100 bucks for a room I didn't get or need! I will not be staying at Pahrump Best Western or any other Best Western!

I had never been to Pahrump so I no idea what to expect from this rather small town. I searched hotels, read reviews and decided on Holiday Inn Express. So glad I did. Made my reservations on line. Check in was very pleasant and seamless. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. And then the unveiling of the room!! It was “over the top” clean!! Mind you, I’m a fanatic for cleanliness and this establishment did not disappoint. My room was located on the second floor and was white glove, squeaky clean. The cleaning staff deserves a medal. They are absolutely awesome!! Breakfast was equally satisfying with choices and options for all. If and when I get back to Pahrump, this will be my “go to” place. Thank you for making my stay so special and welcoming.

In addition to the resort's 270 RV sites, our 10 rental cabins feature a separate bedroom with Eurotop mattresses, a full kitchen with fridge, stove, and oven, and an inflatable, adjustable sleeper sofa in the living room. All cabins are non-smoking.
Great and Close to Everything
Reviewed By ItaliaAnnHWe stayed for 4 nights on our journey and the main reason was to take a day trip to Death Valley and Furnace Creek and all that came in between. Nice and clean and quiet. We were welcomed by the camp host after an hour of being here. Pahrump has all the places you need for a quick bite, dinner, or groceries. Smith's Gricery is same as our Kroger's and has a fuel station that uses the Kroger Fuel Rewards as does the store. 2 Casinos are behind the campground and nice. If in the area, definitely plan a stop here and relax.

Reviewed By TravelingBum52This RV resort has a lot to offer. There’s free Wifi but certain areas don’t get much coverage. There’s a pool and a spa. I didn’t use either. There are several laundry rooms but most washers and dryers were broken. I did not use their bathrooms. The spots are pretty close to each other. We did the cheapest back in spot. Had to push our trailer as far back as we could to fit our truck in front. There is a small casino with a cafe. The food in the cafe was ok.

Basic motel, poor internet, remote
Reviewed By cqfp123As others have said, it's a motel, not a B&B. Location: far from the town center and from stores, restaurants, etc. Basic decor (as expected). Unusual room layout with the head of the bed next to the window AC/heating unit; the latter was very loud and cycled on and off every few seconds. The nightstand was located on the opposite side of the room. The bed was ok but the two pillows were very thin. No extra pillows or blankets. Cleanliness seems to be ok, although I found some hair in the sink and shower. Bathroom with everything in working order. Hot water with good water pressure. Mediocre breakfast in the room. Easy parking in front of the room. Poor internet, frequently slowing down to a crawl or disconnecting. The owner was responsive and reset it twice.
