You could see outside with door with it locked, litter outside, no ice machine, non existent breakfast (embarrassing brown bag to go breakfast), security latch missing, red stains around bathroom, fridge damaged, freezer full of frost, loose wall plates, etc. The only redeeming part of the stay was a fairly decent bed and a large TV. The whole area outside was unkept. Deserves a rating of zero. Priceline rated this hotel which is a motel at 2 1/2 Stars, it was nowhere near that. Definitely don’t stay here, and don’t do a 2 1/2 Star Express deal on Priceline in Three Rivers as you will get this dump.

Reviewed By Jeff YMy son and I stopped over night on our way to a hunting trip, it was comfortable and no issues with check in. Friendly staff at check in gave us good tips on where to have dinner, and nice walk to DQ next door.

Reviewed By Jessi BSmells absolutely terrible. Very musty / moldy. Difficult to breathe and sleep. Absolutely would never recommend anybody sleeping here especially if you have children with allergies. Let the front desk know and they did not care at all

I plugged my iPad and phone into outlet,next morning showered washed my hair walked to McDonalds got my coffee,by than my hair was dry needed to go by window to curl my hair because outlet in bathroom didn’t work I got my bag phone & iPad got in my car and noticed phone and iPad deader than a nail so I guess that outlet didn’t work either!! I wouldn’t eat or drink it but they don’t have coffee pot in room nor in lobby or no breakfast!fyi

Reviewed By April MFirst off the rooms aren’t the cleanest and rumors of bed bugs in the rooms. The WiFi only works in the parking lot. The manager is really hard up for money, he charged me $800 a month just to have my dogs in the rooms, also I’m pretty sure he pocketed all the money because he refused to take the money in any other way but cash. There is something very wrong with the manager, he is lazy, but most importantly he walks into rooms without knocking. Sometimes there are even guests in the rooms when he does it. My friend who was staying here around the time I was there had this experience with him. She was inside her room with her boyfriend, when John (the manager) opened the door without knocking. When she asked him why he was bursting into her room without knocking, he replied “ because I thought you weren’t here. I am allowed to go into rooms whenever.” He doesn’t even realize that he’s invading others privacy multiple times. He really needs to be fired and possibly charged with invasion of privacy. Unfortunately I have no contact info for the owners to take any action of him being fired.

Bargain Motel near Three Rivers
Reviewed By 757joshuatGreat little place off of the beaten path that allows for a cheap room on the south side of the lake. If you're here to fish, there is room to park your boat and charge overnight. TV in room. AC worked fine and the room was clean. Not a bad place to stay, but not the Ritz, by any means!
