The view is amazing - directly to the ocean side with the lighthouse. Sunset on the balcony is great! The only minus is the noise from the street early morning when streets are getting cleaned. Stuff is super friendly. Internet worked well.

Reviewed By 823arnaudmSmall hotel but very nice, clean and very calm! So calm that at the beginning we thought we were the only one in the hotel. The lady at the reception is very nice as well. For the breakfast, tou can enjoy it on a small terrasse, good when there is sun.

Reviewed By NssitI booked residencial tropicalia hotel for a few nights and when i arrived I was totally disappointed. The rooms are not what they appear to be in pictures, the conditions of the rooms are bad and the size of the rooms are a joke. I booked a triple room and the room they presented wasn’t even good enough for a couple (2 people). I expressed to the owner that I was unhappy because the rooms were too small and not what the pictures showed. I explained that I had a 3 year old with a lot of energy and we could just about walk to our beds let alone have any walking space. First the owner tried to say he didn’t have any bigger rooms available. When he saw how stressed I was getting, bearing in mind I was with a 3 year old and another adult , he said he had another room available but I had to pay extra. I expressed how disappointed I was and that I felt robbed. With this the owner started getting aggressive pointing at me saying to never say that again. I didn’t know freedom of speech was a crime. In the end, I cancelled my stay as the owner did nothing to fix the situation or understand my side. Instead he only wanted more money. I have been to many hotels and have never felt so disappointed and so robbed of my money. This place is deceiving, bad conditions and really bad customer service!!! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!!!

Very fair priced friendly place
Reviewed By sitziWe stayed for one night, and this is an absolute ok place - clean, in good shape, beds are ok - if the room faces the river you see that (though there are two streets in between) so really ok for a three star place, but thats what you pay for and what you get. Staff is friendly, for breakfast we would recommend to go to the next cafeteria, specially if coffee is important to you.
