Clean room, excellent stay

Reviewed By TTUALUM06

The hotel is what you pay for. A clean, low key hotel room with a bed and shower. Not sure what else my son and I needed. Don’t expect a fancy breakfast in the AM. The money you save can be used to walk over to village inn just a short walk away. Of note, we had a 2 bed room. The beds are doubles, not queen size. So if you have more than 2 people, it may be a tight fit. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Customer service ? zero.

If you want any kind of customer service then don't come here. I felt that I was an inconvenience by turning up to check in. Lots of huffing for no reason from the lady at reception, and even more when I was asked to pay a deposit (even thought I already paid in full) and needed to pay via apple pay, a function that their card machine has, no idea why this was turned into such a big thing. After I went to my room I realised that I had not been given any infoamtion about breakfast or the wifi, but it wasnt worth the grief of going back to ask. The room was clean, standard motel layout etc. There was a laundry, which I didn't use but it looked like some of the local homeless were making use of it. On checkout I got the briefest grunt and told when the cleaners had confirmed there was no damage to my room I would get my deposit back. More or less in those words. I would say "cheap and cheerful" but one of those words would be inaccurate !!!

Excellent customer service

Reviewed By asherrett

On our trip we stayed at Motel 6. When we went into the room we noticed the sheets were dirty. We went down to notify the concierge and she was mortified and gave us new sheets. While we were making our bed she called us and gave us a 50% discount. This made the experience excellent. Props to you Motel 6 and the lady at the front desk your customer service is the best we have had yet.

Life saver in the middle of the night!

Our stay here was a last minute 1 nighter passing through on a road trip. Rooms were clean and well furnished for a roadside motel. The front desk staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us in the middle of the night as there were no rooms available at the dozens of other hotels in the area
