Reviewed By J6682LQmichaeliThe pool wasn’t clean, there was rude staff, we found a spider in the hot tub and we found some roaches in the pool and our hotel room the bath handle was not tight enough and the toilet had poop stains, and they have cameras in the room hidden so be careful!!

Reviewed By jlh2os07Great hotel, up to date decor BUT if you like to sleep, make sure to tell them you do not want to face the train tracks, the train blows the horn as it passes and it passes several time during the night. They supply ear plugs but it doesn’t help at all!!

Good size (as opposed to the postage stamp sized room I left). The gentleman at the front was very friendly and checked in was fast & easy. Good lighting in the room & wifi works which is very important when traveling on business. Highly recommend this establishment.

Dirty and insanitary. No amenities as advertised. The worst we have experienced.
Reviewed By Cruiser11667314065The floor and countertops were filthy grimiest and just wholly unacceptable. The fridge interior was broken. The Wi-Fi did not work. There was no microwave as advertised. There were no soap or glasses. We demanded a full refund and left. Definitely not acceptable.

Met with a lovely young lady who was professional. We were grateful to see clean hallways and room. we slept soundly and woke up at 0930, not common. Check out was quick and painless...BIG KUDOS to the staff working 12/06/21!!!

Reviewed By Mary GThis was THE dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The floors were gross (there were peanuts on the floor!), the baseboard in the bathroom has probably never been dusted and there is no free breakfast although it is advertised. The person at the desk noted that the hotel is under renovation and there were paint splashes everywhere and construction adhesives and dirt on the doors. It was just gross. Ice machine broken. TV would show a channel then suddenly go to fuzz, so bad cable connection? There was a tub, but drain plug broken. The “remodeling” being done was very uneven. Some slapped on paint, poor wall texture work, and new switch covers for the electric switches but leaving the old dirty switches in. It was all “lipstick on a pig” work, when the place really needs to be gutted down to the frame and done over. Does Kern County have health inspections for their hotels?
