Pleasant, Worry-Free Stay
Reviewed By RoadTripToSFOI stayed two nonconsecutive nights here last month and I’m still grateful I did. What a great deal! My room was clean, surprisingly quiet, and everything worked. Can’t ask for anything more—it set me up for two productive days on the road exploring West Texas.

convenient location, friendly staff, tired facility
Reviewed By Steven GWe stayed for one night each way on a two week round trip, in the same room each time, because it was a convenient place to stop in a location far from alternatives, and they were dog-friendly (we had also stayed there a few years earlier with our dog). The facility seems more tired now (e.g., broken-down refrigerator cabinet with door that didn't close) and only one quarter full each night, and the outdoor pool (in an open field next to the motel!) was not usable. The breakfast facility was poorly supplied. However, there is a good McDonald's nextdoor, which most guests seemed to use, and a WalMart nearby. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful about recommendations and giving directions, but they seemed to have a lot of trouble with their computer system.

Reviewed By coxrm78Overall,I had a nice stay at Baynont. The staff was super friendly and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. I slept great at this location. Breakfast is offered,but it's grab and go. Its conveniently right behind a Walmart,and close to restaurants.

Reviewed By Jerry HI'm stationed here in Fort Stockton due to work. Motels are quite outrageous on price around here due to the oil industry. This is among one of the better priced motels available. Running around $450 to $500 per week. The rooms are small. But I guess they are ok. It's extremely hot around here. 100° to 106° each day. One complaint : They are bad about cutting your AC if during the day. However, if thou tell them what time your due in each day. They will turn the AC back on and it's not too bad when you arrive each day. Overall you are not going to beat this place compared to the rest of the motels if you are not liking for fancy. And looking to save a few bucks$$$$. Don't come to this place if you are looking for first class accommodations. But over all I'm ok with it. Oh and they don't clean your room but every other day. But like I said I was ok with that to save $$$$$. Cause some other motels here wanted $700 to $800 a week. And some even wanted $300 A DAY !!!! Yes A Day

Reviewed By goodeye67From the friendly efficiency of the young woman who checked us in at the front desk to the hot breakfast the next morning, everything at this hotel was great. We were able to park right outside the door to our room for easy unloading. The room had updated furnishings, a very comfortable king bed with quality bedding, fridge with a small freezer compartment, microwave, hairdryer, toiletries, a jetted tub, nice shower and plenty of nice sparkling white towels. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage patties, in addition to waffles and the usual breakfast fare. All this for only $65. The next time we need to stay in Fort Stockton, it will be at this Quality Inn.

Good place to stop, clean and comfortable
Reviewed By Gert_Frobe_007Perfectly fine for Motel 6. Clean confortable room, park at the door. Stop at nght and be back on the road in the morning. No problems. Just a bed and shower for the night. A decent place to stop in the middle of nowhere.
