Overnight stay.

OMG. What a beautiful place. This was an overnight stay for 2 couples. It took a little finding, and we had called ahead to say we were running late. But when we did arrive, Evelyn gave us the most lovely welcome and showed us to our rooms. This isn't a hotel - this is B&B accomodation. But it was absolutely the best stay of our 12 day tour. It is quiet, peaceful, pretty beyond words, immaculately clean, amazing breakfast, and an owner who despite a language gap, couldn't do enough for you. We can't wait to go there again - this time for 3 or 4 days to explore the area.

An old house with lots of character, a beautiful garden with a good sized swimming pool and Bruno, the owner. It is rare to find a host that is so friendly, well mannered, efficient and willing to do whatever is needed for the guests' comforts. Three nights here in this beautiful town was just what was needed and this guest house was a superb find.

La Maison Anglaise

Stunning

Arrived and met. Derek, we were taken to our fantastic one bed apartment. They provided nibbles for our arrival, butter jam, washing up liquid, shower gel, coffee, tea, milk, you name it they provided it. The apartments are less than 50m from the main square which has an abundance of bars and restaurants which were all fantastic and very cheap, average of about 35 euro for a three course meal. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and the pool area is equally fantastic. I would highly recommend this place for at least a few days stop over.

Une escale inoubliable

Reviewed By beatrice v
