Reviewed By Chris JThis is a nice hotel. Its newer and has the amenities one can expect for holiday inn expresses. The room was clean and the staff is friendly. About the only thing bad I can say about this hotel is the front desk is not manned after midnight. I couldn't get a desk agent to check me out at 2am

Grand Blanc, Michigan's mainstay Inn of CHOICE! Family owned since 1997 and looked after like a personal Inn. Our staff and management are in it for the guests and treat them like family. We look forward to them saying, "see you next time". The Inn has 58 rooms of which most are two double beds and makes it perfect for families. We have two very large suites that overlook the largest pool in Genesee County, Michigan and have upgraded amenities. Our main attractions are the Genesee County Parks which has a wonderful Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad, a PGA event The Ally Challenge, & the Michigan Renaissance Festival. We would love for you to stop by and visit to take a tour of the Inn. Value and Friendship await you on your next visit.

Reviewed By Q4914TMsarahdThe hotel had everything that we needed for our stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and loved the pool. Wish they opened a bit late. This is my 3rd visit to this hotel and we always had a great stay and plan to return again.

Bathtub too slick, no mat stickers in bottom of tub! Not one towel rack to hang towels on! Water pipe came out of wall when turned on, free Breakfast was terrible! Swimming pool was not open at all! When I booked this comfort inn, it did not say it was under renovation! When I went to wipe my rear end, the water in the stool was so high,I had to touch it! It was not a good user experience!

Clean, Modern and Comfortable
Reviewed By starchild101Stayed here for a quick one night stay for a concert at DTE Energy Music Theater (about a 20 minute drive). Lobby is very modern and the staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable with mini fridge and microwave, bed was average comfort, shower had average water pressure. Breakfast was better than expected, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt,, breads, a lot of choices. Only downside, which was not the hotel's fault, were noisy people in the hallway off and on during the night.

Reviewed By Tricia SWe stayed the weekend there with our 3 month old pup who stayed in her crate at night, we took her outside every time she had to go out, she had her chew toys among other toys, we checked out no issues then my fiancee got his bank statement they charged us $450 saying dog tore up the room when she did NO SUCH THING! NOTHING WAS TORN RIPPED OR ANYTHING ELSE. We paid the deposit for having the pet I cannot believe the shadiness of the hotel office..I will be blasting the hell outta this place on social media, they are scheisters and I will make sure they know they have messed with the wrong couple...will be taking them to court!!
