You can make yourself at home in our beautiful rooms, featuring newly remodeled bathrooms, air conditioning, mini fridges and microwaves. Enjoy a fresh, hot breakfast featuring biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, oatmeal and a variety of other delicious options. A Business center, 24 hour desk attendant, and a guest laundry are some of our amenities. We also have vending machines off the lobby and between buildings. Free self parking is also available.

Reviewed By dianamU4647KIThis hotel is on a main street and our room was on the street side of the hotel. We got a fabulous night's sleep. The street noise did not get into our room nor did we hear anything from the rooms next to us. The air conditioner was nice and quiet as well. The room was clean, in excellent shape, simple but meet all our needs. Nice breakfast options and staff was very helpful. On this trip we stayed in four hotels. This by far was the best and at a great price too! If we ever have need to stay in Hays again we will be staying here.

Thought I lost my jewelry there and they looked and took notes only for me to find it later! Again highly recommended and obviously Midwestern Hospitality at its best!!

LeBrey went out of her way to help us with parking, ensure we knew the way to our room, etc. In short, LeBrey provided a rare level of hospitality and graciousness that is disappearing elsewhere. What a great and friendly team here! The 3rd party telephone reservations service was quite strange, and there are plenty of cosmetic shortcomings here. The hospitality was a delight!

The owner Peter Patal accused me of smoking weed in the hotel room. That is the most absurd thing I've ever heard. We were simply visiting Fort Hays to attend a sorority event for my daughter who attends college there. The nicer hotels were filled already and I thought we could handle a lower end hotel for a night. Little did I know that I was going to be extorted for money by a shady business. I left that room cleaner than it was when I arrived, I wiped every surface with clorox wipes and even brought my own bedding to use. This is insulting! Evidently you can be charged any amount by just them saying you did something, with no proof whatsoever. Beware, you should only stay at places that have an honest reputation.
