Reviewed By AndBewilderedHere's my super positive review (while keeping it real): I wanted to be right smack in the middle of Reedsport to enjoy Memorial Day and I got much more than I bargained for at this hotel. Bob, their maintenance pro there, went out of his way and got the family 4 of his camping chairs so we could sit & salute the vets in the parade. He was also around to make sure that we were happy - and we were very happy! I would have given this review 5 stars if there was an elevator to take us up to the second floor and if the view outside the windows was a little nicer, but the staff was really sweet, and this is just a super well maintained small town hotel after all, not a resort. It was just so refreshing to be at this hotel. I'm just so sick of the attitude you get at other hotels where the people there do not really even want to work. At this gem, you get good hard working kind people! Thank you Bob & thank you to the owners: well done! PS. Put some nicer pictures of suite #221 on the website. I had no idea that there was going to be a separate room and how nice the kitchen was with the big fridge. It was great value and I appreciated all the items in the kitchen for the guests.

Reviewed By sandra hIn Warrington for a family event, we stayed, one night only. Very impressed: spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable bed, great size! Beautifully laundered bedding. Friendly and helpful staff. Room overlooked inner courtyard, lots of outdoor outdoor seating. Lovely mature trees on site. Large free car park. Excellent value stay including breakfast. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Our local area has excellent beach access and spectacular ocean views from Winchester Bay. This area is located in the middle of the 40 mile stretch of some of the highest dunes in the United States. Reviewed By monk07Bed bugs, need I say more? Stayed here as a last minute option as nothing else was available and it was too late to drive to the next town. Lay down and very soon saw bed bugs crawling out. Stayed up the whole night with lights on and crushing bed bugs with tv remote, stll a few got to me as I dropped off a few times. The manager didn't make any apologies or offer any compensation when I told him. Manager surly and the lobby stinks. Grossed out completely - made us vow never to make these last minute hotel bookings while traveling.

Reviewed By honestw331I come often for business and visiting family. The staff is mostly the reason I come here as much as I do because they mean business when they clean the rooms. The linens smell so fresh! Not a fan of the new all white bedding. I, personally like to have some color on bedding, but that's just me. Over sized furniture really needs to go. Whoever these lovely folks work for better understand and appreciate how hard the staff works here to have cleaned this place up from what it was a few years ago to what it is now. If I still owned my motel business I would want people like Ash, Kelly, and TJ to manage my place. They just make you feel like they have known you for years. Good employees are hard to find in these times. Thank you as always Ash, Kelly, TJ, and housekeeping staff for everything. See you later.

Nastiest place and rudest people ever!
Reviewed By melissavk14This motel was disgusting! It smelt disgusting like they were trying to cover up really bad odors with cheap air freshners hung behind the door. The room was stuff and you could constantly hear tapping noises and banging. They kept the shower where THEY wanted it. It wasn't hot and you couldn't turn it up hot enough to enjoy it! The bathroom was small and the shower was disgusting. You couldn't even move in the shower. The beds were hard and turned out we were sleeping in somebody else's dirty sheets. They just remake the bed with other people's bedding. So when we excited we figured the "maid" has a certain job to do. We kindly stuck out trash in the trash can they provided and didn't make the beds figuring they had to clear the sheets off. There were a few crumbs from my kids on the floor, but that was it. Just the basic dirty a maid would clean. The owner came in and was screaming and ranting about charging us a deposit on both our rooms. She didn't say why exactly that was but that it was in other words "trashed". We did NOT "trash" the place. We attempted to take pictures for proof and during COVID she grabbed my sons arm and forced him out of the room. That really pissed me off! Nobody touches my son ESPECIALLY during COVID!! She tells us we cannot get pictures of the room. Yet, SHE takes pictures and calls the police. These people are some kinda Arab scammers that don't realize they are in America and have a duty to CLEAN their room up and vacuum. It's what you get PAID for! Stop charging extra money for your own damn job! Get a thing called a vacuum and make the beds fresh! Stop calling police on YOUR scam and mistakes! You people are disgusting! There was a man who came out in his underwear to witness it. We let him know he should be careful or he would be facing the same scam as us!! NEVER EVER STAY HERE!! The lady here is very evil and out to get people! She really wants your money and will do anything to get it! Even put her hands on your children. This place is an absolute disaster!! TRUST ME AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! Hands down the worst place ever!!!
