Reviewed By Judi HFirst the good. The staff at the front desk was great. The gal who checked me in was super friendly and helpful on directions of where to eat. She had an upbeat personality and super friendly...enjoyed her chat. Now, the hotel. The room smelled. We had to turn on the a/c and put on the bathroom fan to get it cleared out, took about three hours. The laundry staff was at the end of their shift and had some nice F words flying about (glad no littles were with us). The carpeting needs replaced. The side door you couldn't get in with your key card, and of course, we were at the end of the hall by the side door. The room was large, which was nice. The location good. The shower tho, was either cold, or scalding, couldn't seem to get it warm. The body wash container was empty, so washed with shampoo. Overall, would not stay there again, and I've stayed in BW's always! Disappointing.

Reviewed By 498kenzWe were there April 20 - 22nd, 2022. All I can say is fantastic service, clean room, quiet. They were so accommodating when we decided to stay an extra night. They moved the bookings around just to keep us there. If anyone does not like the place, well the problem is yours. Is it the fanciest hotel in the world, no. But then the price is not $400+ / night. People need to have expectations that matter. You are sleeping. No bugs, room clean, mattress good and clean. What more...oh yeah...breakfast included for a VERY VERY REASONABLE PRICE. Certainly will stay again.

Quality Inn is conveniently located in the heart of Skagit Valley right off I-5. Location is just 5 minutes from the Burlington Outlet Malls and 20 minutes from the Anacortes Ferry. Our rooms are clean and we provide a complimentary bagged breakfast in the hotel lobby.

Reviewed By mariefV5588NXEvery time we come into town, we make it a point to stay here. This hotel seems to have the best employees working here- friendly and helpful. And not to mention the most important, SO CLEAN! Quality Inn has always been our first choice in this town. Although the building seems a little old, they make up for it in service and cleanliness. Even though the breakfast room is still closed, the breakfast bags are generous with lots of variety. We will back again soon!

Reviewed By LowpznWe like to stay at this hotel because they have very affordable prices for their rooms, and they exceptionally hospitable. They have a good breakfast, they have comfy beds and even though the place is a little older motel, they work consistently on upgrading and remodeling. The rooms are always clean, and staff is helpful. It is conveniently located near shopping, food, and other amenities, yet is off the beaten path enough to give you a nice quiet atmosphere.
