Reviewed By TravelGirlNqtWe checked in and the girl, Cyndi, tried to put us in a room on the first floor. I requested a higher floor and her first answer was NO. Then she explained that it was because there was a group checking in the next day and they would all be put on the 4th floor, so any other guests staying longer than a night would have to have a low floor. I told her that was fine, I just didn't want to be on the first floor. She reluctantly put us on the 2nd floor, and she was clearly annoyed. We were there for a wedding so the next day we were out all day and then came back to shower and get ready for the wedding. We walked into our room and it hadn't been cleaned. I went down to ask what happened and in a very flippant tone, one of the women at the desk said, "well you didn't tell us you wanted your room cleaned before 8 am". Shocked, because I travel all the time and have never had to say I want my room clean rather, than that I don't. So, I said as much and was trying to explain that it would be nice to have been told this policy at check-in, Cyndi, interrupted me, and in a snotty way let me know that everyone was gone and she would come to clean the room if I must have it cleaned. I said no thank you but that I would like it cleaned the next day. The next day, we were out again all day and when we came back, the room was sort of cleaned, there was still hair and things all over the counter, and the floors were clearly not swept or vacuumed. They took towels but didn't replace them. So, needing to take a shower I called down to ask for a bathmat at least since our shower leaked all over the floor. Of course, it was Cyndi again who told me that I would have to go down and get the bathmat from the front desk. Lastly, on the first day there was someone cleaning and sanitizing the tables at breakfast on the first day by a very nice and chipper man, however, the next two days, there were other people working the tables were not cleaned or sanitized so even though a table would become available, you didn't want to sit there due to the uncleanliness. All and all, there are other places to stay where the staff isn't snotty and are treating you like you are doing something wrong for wanting the basics of what a hotel should offer. Where cleaning and sanitizing, especially while we are living in the world of Covid, are a priority. I understand being understaffed but I don't understand using that as an excuse to not do your best or to have such a tone with your guests.

Definitely a Stay Again Place
Reviewed By SpiritLillyThe overall property is beautiful and nicely situated for everything from restaurants to gas station to a coffee shop across the street. Easy to get into and out of. Check in was smooth, and we got a beautiful suite on the other side of the hotel on the bottom floor. It was quiet, comfortable, and everything worked EXCEPT THE TV in the bedroom. Could not get it to turn on. Didn't call room service because the TV in the main room did work. We were in Room 108. Also loved that it was convenient to the door for unloading and loading. EXCEPT the lock on the door didn't work. Front Desk told us the keycards didn't work most of the time... so that was a bit inconvenient since everyone used a rock to hold the door open and that noise did come through our room. Bed was wonderfully comfortable, and housekeeping very pleasant. I'd stay here again for sure. As long as I could get the same room.

Reviewed By MelCelinaVery nice place. Clean. Each bunkhouse has full kitchen and gas grills are provided as well. Bunkhouses all surround an open courtyard that is shaded by large trees. Would make a great place for a large group to stay/family reunion etc. No hassel check in/out. Never had to go to the office. They send you the passcode for you bunkhouse door. Was very quiet but this was mid-May so vacation season had not yet started. Would definitely stay there again if in the area. Near Zion National Park. only downside is there is not restaurants that close. Have to drive to them but only 10 minutes away.
