Idyllic spot, relaxing
Reviewed By Howard WWe only stayed for a night, which felt like a shame, it was an idyllic spot with beautiful sunsets and a nice vibe to the resort. Our holiday was very action packed, with a lot of travel and activities and this was the first place we felt relaxed. Great location for the whale shark diving and a peaceful place to chill afterwards. Restaurant was good and staff friendly, allowing us to check out late (and thus shower after the whale shark swimming).

Reviewed By 291macaBooked this resort last month but got issue with cancellation and charges post No Show status. Leo who handled my concern reconsidered my booking and gave a free of charge standard room. I am very grateful of these humane and kind gestures of the resort. Staff were all accommodating plus food is delicious. Place is nice and pictures were all instagram worthy. I'm looking forward to bringing my family and friends back to AGM. ???

Reviewed By malcolml79It’s well situated in the heart of Sorsogon and close to all amenities. Very friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful. We stayed for five days and enjoyed the area, the people and the hospitality of the Fernando’s Hotel team. If you are looking for a springboard to visit the many sites in and around Sorsogon City this is the best place to come.

Great place to stay in Donsol
Reviewed By nomadofthecenturyWhat a lovely find in Donsol. Considering the low price tag, we were impressed by how spacious and clean our room was. Our room also has an attached veranda with a small dining table. Villa Peralta has it's own bar-restaurant and they serve really good burgers and pizzas. Wifi was pretty good and the staff were very warm and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this to others who are planning a trip to Donsol.

AGULUZ HOMESTAY is the best homestay in town! Yes it's the best in terms of the beautiful structure of the house and most especially in terms of services and hospitality and friendliness of the owners and staff and of the foods served!!! AGULUZ HOMESTAY has homey amenities, comfortable rooms, cool ambiance and affordable rates. It is along the national road right at the heart of the city and is only 5-10 minutes drive by tricycle to the Butanding Interaction Center. It has six cozy rooms: AC deluxe room with cable TV, own bath, hot and cold shower; AC standard room, shared bath; and fan rooms. AGULUZ offers free wifi service. It has wide parking space.

Reviewed By harly167I really enjoyed our stay with my girlfriend. The staffs are very nice. And the rooms are good. However the free wifi is too slow... But over all, we really appreciate the kindness of Tatay Pepe. We'll come back soon and will book again.

Stayed for 2 days (arrival and departure) days
Reviewed By Joseph DWe stayed here on our 1st day in Sorsogon coming from Legazpi and the last night prior to travelling back to Legazpi to catch our flight back to Manila. During our stay, half of the hotel were closed off (including the front desk area) so we had to use the backdoor and the dining area was converted into a temporary lobby. Below is my experiences with this hotel. 1. Price of accomodation is very expensive. We paid Php6,500/night for two pax to stay in a double bed (1st night) and got to stay in a deluxe room (one king bed and a single bed) the last night. the pictures look awesome on the website but when you get to the room, it's underwhelming to say the least. Cons: 1. Room had a lot of bugs, crawling, flying around. 2. the mattress were hard so we had a hard time sleeping and pillows were too flat 3. Hot water and aircon wasn't working properly during our stay PROS 1. the pool view is inviting. Especially that big "Duyan" in the middle of the pool, unfortunately, we did not have enough time to take a dip in the pool 2. Food was great! the breakfast was hearty and delicious, I liked the fried Kawaw fish, the Landon puto, the hot chocolate, pork tocino, longganisa and especially the cocojam with pandesal. the only thing that would make us come back would probably be their food. Overall, I dont think Siama hotel would give you the best bang for your buck. You might be able to find accomodations with similar quality (expect maybe for food) at probably 1/3 of their price.

For my room, I was provided with a matrimonial bedroom. The room was quite small but clean. The toilet is even smaller. The lighting was a little dark but the air-conditioning was cold. The cable reception was not good though. The facility has a huge swimming pool at one area. A nice place to stay in Sorsogon City.
