Dingy, musty hotel
Reviewed By melissahK2480VMSo disappointed with the "Motel". They advertise as a Regency chain - certainly didn't live up to it's name. They advertised items on their website but don't offer them. No continental breakfast. We had a dingy, musty, smelly room. Had to prepay before you saw the room - no refunds. We had to get airfresheners, lysol spray and lysol wipes to clean so we could handle the smell. The drapes, shower curtain, couch all smelled musty and dirty. The air conditioner was humming loudly the whole time. Yuck! Don't recommend. Had to stay due to no other hotels available.

We are proud to announce that all our rooms have been remodeled! Neew carpet, curtains, sinks, bedding plus each room now has a refrigerator and microwave. Please check us out, and see what changes we have done, plus what other new items we will be adding.
Nice room but it did have problems.
Reviewed By William MThis is a very nice hotel and our room was nice and large, especially the suite part. The problems were: 1. The AC/heater did not work properly for the temperature setting. 2. The wash basin plunger was stuck closed and it took long for the basin to drain. 3. The hot breakfast left much to desire. I have stayed at a lot of Comfort Inns over the last 15-20 years and their breakfast listed near the bottom.

Lowest Rate in a Town, Clean Room, Great convenient location, just across a Super wal mart, full service and fast food restaurant in a walking distance. Continental Breakfast, 24 hour Front Desk Service.
Right place, right price
Reviewed By 721henryaApparently under new ownership within the last month. The new owner seems enthusiastic and happy to be at this location. My room was clean and comfortable. This motel is quite acceptable. It is an older building but seems to be well-maintained and kept. Check-in was friendly. The location seems to be family owned and managed. If you are on a budget do not hesitate to stay here.

Quietest hotel that I’ve experienced in a long time.
Reviewed By LibrarylouStayed here in April 2022. Check in was efficient with a personable staff, room was reasonably priced and quite comfortable, room was clean with a great bed, and place was very quiet. I was very happy with my stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Hotel stinks
Reviewed By jbak81This is the worst hotel in Pittsburg. The entire hotel smells of pungent cooking spices and I think the entire staff lives in the hotel. The male staff member was less than cooperative with a request for a room change. They used COVID as an excuse for having no breakfast available, although I had been in 6 other hotels on this trip and got breakfast in every one. There are partial repairs that have been started on the hotel but are unfinished. Overall the Wyndam points were the only positive part of this stay. Definitely won't be back again.
