Reviewed By verammferreiraOs quartos não têm persianas o que é péssimo principalmente se levamos crianças. Tem cortina escura mas deixa passar a claridade na mesma nos cantos. A água do banho a partir das 10h é morna pq têm caldeira e não chega para todos. O pequeno almoço é fraco, sumos de pacote, os pães e folhados não estavam estaladiços não parecendo fresco, não havia nenhum funcionário na sala para prestar apoio, tínhamos de ir à receção. A limpeza era boa.

Didn’t like the atmosphere. Its conveniently located in nice Village Montijo. But no time to see much. Price/roomcomfort is balanced.

A great place to stay on a budget
Reviewed By Cosmonaut_KorolevI came upon this place by chance. I was visiting people in Montijo and the place I was going to stay did not work out. The main hotel was full but I was directed to the Alojamente Cesarini. What a find ! Very central, clean with a very modern renovation. It has a common room with cable TV and a kitchen with all amenities. Two bathrooms on each floor. There are 10 rooms. A single costs 25 euro per night. A double 35, and the larger room 45 euros. There is no lift, which was not a problem for me. Montijo is a small quiet town with great restaurants, be it Casa do Pescador, A Banda or Havanesa. A meal should never be a problem. Those three restaurants are only 5 minutes walk from Alojamento Cesarini. The bus station is about a minute longer away. From there one can get a number 431 to Oriente in Lisbon or a 415 to the ferry terminal which is about 7 minutes away. The ferry will take you to Cais do Sodre in 20+ minutes. Therefore I believe that the Alojamento Cesarini is not isolated, one just needs 40-45 minutes to Lisbon, it is important to take note of the bus and ferry times. Take a walk out of the Cesarini at 9pm, one will note it is a quiet town but when one gets back from a hectic tour of Lisbon, it is great to get back to the peace and quiet of the Alojamento Cesarini. The coffee shop in the square which is two minutes away shuts at midnight. As does Cafe Republica nearby. The Taj Mahal cocktail lounge is just a minute away. All in all Cesarini is a perfect location and a perfect price.

Reviewed By michel lEigenlijk geen hotel eerder een pension , geen nachtelijke receptie . Dicht bij een drukke weg waarvan het verkeer hoorbaar is bij geopend raam . Bij hete dagen te warm binnen , geen airco , wel een verplaatsbare ventilator . Dus voor wat lucht gaat de raam open en buiten het verkeer hoor je ook de hanen en honden . Het gebouw is ( in sept . vrij stil ‘s nachts . Het zijn kamers met gedeelde wc en badkamer . Maar gezien een minimum bezetting hadden we op het derde verdiep een vleugel voor ons alleen . De twee andere kamers in deze vleugel waren onbezet . Kom je na 18 u als nieuwe gast , sta je voor een gesloten deur , de receptioniste woont in de buurt en na tel. Komt ze je helpen : Liliane , zeer lief en behulpzaam en spreekt Engels ( 10/10 voor haar ) . Geen lift ! Eenvoudig ontbijt , muesli , broodjes , beleg , jam , boter , fruit , yoghurt , melk , thee en automaat met allerlei snoep en frisdrank en fruitsap , koffie/ espressomachine . Er loopt een bediende rond die enkel Portugees praat maar zij neemt direct haar vertaal app bij de hand . Ze poets en doet vaatwerk in de “ gemeenschappelijke keuken “ . Daar kan je ‘s middags en ‘ s avonds je eten opwarmen in een microgolfoven er staat een koelkast en een vaatwasser , geen fornuis . Wat servies en bestek maar een deel van messen, vorken en lepels werd al gestolen vermoed ik . Enfin , je kan zelf je plan trekken met wat eetwaar uit een naburige supermarkt , wel prijselijk maar alles heel mooi , proper en vers . Warme gebraden kip en heerlijke warme soep zijn te koop en nog wat kant en klare gerechten . Wat verblijf betreft alles ziet er modern en recent uit maar hier en daar al wat sleet , bv. in badkamer was doucheslang al wat versleten en is de vloer , aan mijn voetzolen te zien , niet super proper . Ook geen haakjes of stoel in de badkamer ( zoals dikwijls in goedkopere verblijven ) 1 stoel op de kamer naast toilettafel en twee nachtkastjes met laden . In de hall wel opbergkasten maar zonder slot . Wij gebruikten de kleerhangers met onze spullen aan de gordijnroede . Het hotel ligt nu niet bepaald in de buurt van Lissabon , 30 km met bus , taxi , uber of huurauto via de onwezenlijk lange Vasco da Gama brug naar de stad . Of je wandelt 5 km naar de ferryboot ( 12 euro ,twee pers retour ) je kan ook de bus ,taxi ( €8) of Uber( €2) nemen naar de ferry . Tot slot vinden we de matrassen slecht , lawaaierige veren matras , veren voel je zitten = oncomfortabel !
