Terrible motel
Reviewed By Mike dLet me start with the positive things about the motel. The rooms where clean, the beds where fine. The negative things: - When we checked in, the pin machine declained 3 different creditcards from 3 different people. The guy at the frontdesk asked if we had the correct pincode?? What a question…. No braincells at all. I think this motel has to check their equipment. - We first got a room where the toilet and sink where contsipated. When we told it to de guy behind the counter, he asked if we want a plumber. We told him no, because we payed for a room that had to function normally. - Like is said before, the forntdesk guy had no braincells. When we asked to switch rooms, he asked if we want the wifi code. He had gave it to us the first time when we checked in, not longer than half an hour ago. - The wifi is unusable. Every 10 minutes you have to connect again with the wifi. Sometimes there wasnt even a server to connect to. - breakfast was so bad!! No bread or bagels, no toaster, nothing to do on your bread. Not a motel to recommend!

Nice Space, Some Problems
Reviewed By Cheryl444The rooms are nice at Home2 Suites--the layout and little kitchen areas. Drawbacks: right by the train, so it can get noisy. Also, they allow dogs which can be a nuisance. I asked them if we can reserve a room next time on a non-dog floor, but apparently Hilton's rules are that the dogs need to be dispersed throughout the hotel. Makes no sense. Decide accordingly. We had a room on the 4th floor. Water pressure was weak and the room lacked ventilation--no bathroom fan and the room always felt stuffy and still smelled like cleaning chemicals even at the end of our week's stay. Breakfast was 100% sugar and carbs--cereal, bread, muffins, oatmeal, make-your-own waffles, etc. They had microwaveable breakfast sandwiches that might've had egg in them and refrigerated yogurt. No eggs, bacon, sausage or similar proteins.

Reviewed By Ford4saleClean, new, friendly and takes pets! Room clean, bed comfortable, big TV, good water pressure. Wonderful place to walk. The dog loved the trail along the St. Vrain, That was all we needed. Will come again next time in Longmont.

Disappointing and Rude customer service
Reviewed By Ann MWe Booked 3 rooms, 3 months ago. Arrived at check in time and we were told they were over booked and sent us to a cheaper hotel down the block. Front desk person was rude when telling us the situation. And became snarky when we asked questions. The situation was handled so poorly, it was disappointing to experience such terrible customer service.

Dancing Nocturnal Elephants
Reviewed By L8893KMsuebI was surprised, but not delighted by the dancing nocturnal elephants just above me on the fourth floor after we drove all day. We were excited for a shower and a good nights sleep after living in a Navajo hogan in Moab for the past 3 nights. The good news; fantastic shower. The bad news; no sleep to be had. At 12:30am I called to the front desk to ask if they could talk to the DNE (dancing nocturnal elephants). The young man apologized and said he would speak to them. Alas, the DNE must have been non-English speakers and misunderstood because they seemed to have taken the dancing up a notch after that, performing a type of “riverdance”. Throughout the early morning we were entertained by a variety of dances. I have to admit that the waltzing really got me waxing nostalgic about the old days in Europe with my family, before the war. I digress…back to the DNEs. I learned that I do not like hotels that allow DNEs so will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express just across the parking lot in Longmont next time.

Nothing but excellent service from the entire front office staff. The location is also unbeatable due to there being a Starbucks across the parking lot in front, an acceptable Italian restaurant opposite Starbucks and a Sprouts to the south of the hotel. This is a relatively new property, maintained well, is spotlessly clean and stands up well to the Fairfield brand. Plenty of on site parking.

Reviewed By ElaineT1Usual HIE. Offered a great pool with water slides. Hand sanitizer everywhere. No masks. Breakfast was very limited. A few items offered to take to the room. No decaf coffee available in lobby. Nice staff. Comfortable room. Very spacious. Air conditioning unit was very noisy.

There was food in microwave from previous occupant. Note it does not have an elevator. It is only 2 stories but if you can't walk upstairs see if you can request ground floor up front.

Worst experience and Manager did not give a crap!!
Reviewed By L480IXbrendasI must say this motel was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel, and I travel a LOT. The toilet seat was broken, bed was TERRIBLE, pillows were a nightmare, toilet barely flushed, towels felt like you were drying off with sandpaper. Had an advertised “breakfast” that didn’t exist and when spoke to manager she was a “C u next Tuesday!!!” I would write that out, however I think they’d have taken my WARNING down!! I don’t use that word, but that’s the only way to describe Maria Saucedo! When I told her about the issues she promptly advised, we should’ve stayed at a different hotel!! Only gave them a one rating, because it wouldn’t let me leave a zero and submit!!!!!! Will NEVER stay at a Super 8, or anything of the sort again! Wouldn’t have stayed that night but we were exhausted and it was raining hard, was the first place we found!!!!

Ok hotel, poor wifi, parking lot floods
Reviewed By Mike VHad a second floor room where the wifi signal was very weak and only worked part of the time. Large rainstorm and waded through two inches of water from my car to the room. Otherwise, fairly basic room and clean enough.
