Room was clean, hotel well kept, staff friendly, no dripping facets or worn down areas in room, breakfast was average, no smell of weed in room or hall way, we didn’t get a chance to use there pool but if the hotel is as clean as the pool I’m sure it was nice. Will stay again when in the area

Reviewed By Michelle HThere were bed bugs in my son's room. We were told they were not..proceeded to bring them home due to being misled and our house had to be treated and our son was bitten hundreds of times. No resolution. Manager never there. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

Poor Room Quality
Reviewed By mzitny610270Our room #324 had hotels in the wall; and a hole in the ceiling in the closet which left insulation all over the floor. This is not what someone wants to see when staying in a hotel. The floor was unclean with crumbs, the main room door had to be forced shut because it was hitting the wall so for safety leaving you had to pull hardly to close it, and the bathroom door scrapes on floor and needs to be slammed to close. Overall room rate honestly a 1/10. Elevator is also disgusting . Don’t recommend using a white rug if you’re not going to clean it . Wish I honestly didn’t waste 90$ to stay at this dirty property.

Very underwhelming
Reviewed By JRoTusThe room was extremely small – much smaller than any Fairfield I have ever stayed at. The two of us used a single wash cloth for 3 days. We kept going to the lobby and they never had any. In the morning, they told us to come back in the afternoon - and visa versa (we were gone during cleaning hours). Breakfast was below par - there was no butter, no large plates, no cold water. Later that day, I was told that they were picking up the supplies, but the following morning - NOTHING. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere on our final (3rd) day. There was no computer - we were told they were removed due to COVID. The pool was closed the entire time. I am an elite member of the Marriott Bonvoy program and must admit that this was the worst Marriott property that I have stayed at in all my years. We stayed at other hotels in the area that had nicer rooms and much better breakfasts for lower prices, but I tried to stay loyal to Marriott - a huge mistake. This property is poorly managed. I complained by Email on the 2nd day of the stay and never got a reply by management.

Absolutley Ridiculous
Reviewed By GENEVIEVE WI booked a room in Feb. The day after I booked I was called by an employee and told our room was going to be more than what was on the website. I told them I was no longer interested in the room and received a cancelation email. Yesterday I got my credit card bill in the mail only to find I was charged for the stay that never existed. I was told there was nothing they could do til next week. I am extremely disappointed. I called a second time today only to be told to call back again to get it resloved. Two phones calls, no answers, and I do not have my $ back. Super frustrated.

Reviewed By melissaaJ6890XKI came in town to take a tour of a local university with my daughter and never felt so unsafe. The lady at the desk was friendly but clearly had zero control of the guests. Everything was dirty, the property, the parking lot, and I noticed all that before I even got us into our room. Baggies, amongst various other pieces of trash was strewn throughout the property. As we are going up the outside stairwell, it wreaked up marijauna and there were several ppl under the influence roaming the property. So, we finally make it to our room and was gravely disappointed. There were various objects under the mattresses. The window had been broken at some point and they just put tape on it. I was afraid to turn on the air conditioner because I had never seen one so dirty. There were water spots all over the ceiling and cobwebs in every corner. There were crumbs on the top blanket of one the beds and holes from cigarettes. The tv had smears of something all over the screen and there was a used bar of soap in the bathtub. Pls stay away from this place because it isn't safe and it is the nastiest place that I have ever seen.

Reviewed By davedebbiebabbHotel was very dingy and outdated in the lobby & hallways. Outside the stairwells was trashy. Noisy in hallway but thankfully room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great (other than having to warm up the hot foods in microwave). Won’t be staying here again. Oh and who’s ever heard of needing to put down a $50 deposit for your hotel room that you’ve already paid for?

Comfort Suites is located in Canton right off of I-275. The hotel is 100% smoke free. We have many restaurants in the area and delivery options. Buffalo Wild Wings, Wendy's, Bob Evans, Tim Horton's, KFC and IKEA are all within walking distance as well. Comfort Suites offers all suites with larger rooms, fridge, microwaves and DVD players in all rooms. The hotel serves complimentary hot breakfast, has an indoor heated pool, 24 hour fitness and business centers as well as complimentary Wi-Fi thru out the hotel. Comfort Suites opened in 2008 as a new build.

Reviewed By Katrinal1925Let me start by saying the Lady that checked us in was very nice and accommodating, we were given room 119 at first, when we walked in, they just finished cleaning,, and it smelled and looked very clean, but then we realized the ac did not work and was hot in the room, so we called and she came to look at the ac, then the owner came in and as soon as he came in, the ac came on, but once he left, it went back off, so we were moved to room 311, as you will see in my photos the ceiling was falling in. The ac was still not the greatest, but we lived. The best was so comfortable! With that being said, when we checked out, the lady was not the friendliest when I asked for a receipt. We will not return to this location. Like I said, most of the employees were very nice, and they were the best part of this hotel.
