MRT is 300m or so from the hotel or a number of river piers to travel via River. Find yourself in the heart of the old City and it’s authentically Thai. Had a lovely Deluxe room on the second floor. Great bed and shower, compact but very comfortable. Public areas are pristine and lovely. The Restaurant on the roof has the $M views and deliver a Great breakfast. But it’s the young people who work here that really make this place special. They Fall over themselves to help you are super efficient and genuine. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice individual cottage, clean and well equipped. The cottages are spread over a green garden , lost of water and very quit. To top it off an excellent pool, pool area. All very stylish. The staff in courteous, helpful and friendly. Beyond the shadow of a doubt the best option in Ayutthaya who seek friendly staff scenery, peacefulness and ambiance over extravagance and luxury.

Reviewed By rhodas227First, I would like to share a very bad experience with AGODA that ruined our trust and confidence with them. We had booked through them for our 3 nights stay at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel - one month in advance and it was really disappointing and inconvenient that upon reaching the hotel with all our bags already taken by the hotel staff, we found out from the reception that we dont have a booking with them. In short the AGODA team really marked an unforgettable experience with their poor coordination and very unsatisfactory service. On the other hand, all the Bahi Ajman Palace staffs are very commendable with their outstanding customer service. They had accomodated us in a way that all our frustrations and disappointments with AGODA turned into a wonderful and relaxing holiday. I will specifically mention the following staffs with a superb service - Mr. Showaib, Mr. Keith, Mr. Shivraj, Ms. Honey, Ms. Michelle & Team - my kids really enjoyed your face painting and the hous keeping team who made our room spakling clean. We thank you and hope to be back soon.

Reviewed By forrestg824This hotel is deteriorating lately, it was cleaner 3 years ago. The walls in my room had large scratches on the paint, stains etc. Looks like needs a good paint job. Parking lot is almost non-existant, 3 cars can tightly park, extreme narrow driveway even for compact cars.

Reviewed By verub bISTY has feel of a hostel. I stayed about 10 days. Most of the staff speak basic English. They sometimes did not understand at all, particularly one girl/receptionist. F. e. I told her to keep the breakfast for me if I am not there until 10. They were preparing vegan breakfast for me. Only 1 option for all 10 days. She said she would arrange it.The of my departure I came at 10.30 and the breakfast was not there… The swimming pool was quite good but located by the road so it was noisy sometimes, even trucks were passing by, very often motorbike. I was going to stay for about a months due to my flight cancellation at the time of the lockdowns. We agreed on a certain price for my long term stay. After 10 days they said (one male receptionist) that the price is higher, that it was only “promotion” at the beginning. I was really surprised to hear that. I found another hotel and left. I had constant issues with cleanliness. After cleaning, I always found a few things (fridge from outside,…) that had not been cleaned. even if I asked them to do the rest, they came and cleaned half of what I requested. The old cleaning lady seemed to be annoyed. The carpet that was on the floor on the corridor was awful, old, and full of big stains. Plus they never hoover it while I was there. I had to ask the receptionist if the could tell the cleaners to clean the lift. It was unbearably dirty, look like had not been clean weeks, which probably was not. I even could not see myself in the mirror properly. The cleaners cleaned it just a bit after my request.. The room was small so was the bathroom. The most efficient, friendly but still very professional, with very good English, was a receptionist Praew. She definitely deserves to be the front receptionist. Actually, I was surprised to see such a capable receptionist in such a hostel.

First off, the grounds are magnificent, with a mind-blowing view of Khao Yai National Park as it’s picture perfect landscape. Top this off with a scrumptious breakfast and delectable (and substantial) afternoon tea, and service staff that are so genuinely friendly and pleasant, and they rate a solid 5 stars. The 6th star was because the security (?) pointed out that our car tyre (a Europcar rental) was running flat, and then with the help of the reception, proceeded to arrange for the patching of the tyre in double quick time so that our holiday was not affected. A huge shout of thanks to the team in The Series Khao Yai - they are a bunch of gems.

A very clean hotel and every room got own balcony., But mine view no view but you can get fresh air here. The swimming pool is a plus point, a lot of food around the hotel. Definitely, I will recommend Kokotel to my friends and family and I will book again next time. Friendly and helpful staff. I love the sheep decor!!!

( From their photos, you might think it's located on the main road and you can see on BTS station ) It is on a small lane behind the main road next to " The One Center ( Shopping Mall ) **Pros** - Neat & Nice room - Good location near by shops,malls, restaurants, street food stalls and convenience stores - easy access as close to BTS Victory Monument Station **Cons** - Electric safety in room - Staff's attitude on handling case ( ask for early checking in around 10 hrs even they had vacancy, they informed check in time is 14:00, please come back again at that time or they will call me when the room ready. I came back at 13:45 without anyone's call. They still said check in time is 14:00 and they were happy to offer early check in at 13:45. What ???? At 13:45 ??? Early check in offer at 13:45 ??? I said I was fine to wait till 14:00 only 15 minutes left !!!! )

Haven't tried shower.water pressure could be low.theres no English channels,only thai.hotel has no lifts so, gotta hike up and down,very tiring.
