I was hesitant to stay here because it’s a 3 star but it should definitely be at least a 4 star for cleanliness and comfort. I would stay here again. And near by facility (resturant ,hospital.measage.swimming pool is so beutiful:))))) hotel staff : P’fern,P’Aun is so nice

Reviewed By sharonenchrisI have no idea how this hotel gets have such a high score with this bad of quality. We stayed in room 407, I am guessing… the worst room they have. The floor in the room was bumped up on one place and the room was constantly filled with the smell of sewerage. The shower flooded all the time when taken a shower because the silicone is old and broken, or in some place non existent. 3 airconditioning engines on the terrace made a lot of noise, even with closed windows. There are no shear blinds and the blackout curtains couldn’t close completely due to a problem with the attachment. The hotel is sloppy, messy & outdated. The staff was not helpful with the luggage at check out.

Reviewed By Bernard PAnd yes, I keep coming back to the Naga residence, and cannot fault them. Always friendly, even when Covid times have hit hard the hotel industry. Discounted room prices made the sojourn very affordable at the time, without compromising on the quality. Room was cleaned daily, greatly appreciated. At that time, not all businesses around were operating, but it was enough to find plenty of food and a bit of shopping. Transports were for the first time surprisingly not so crowded! A strange but nice feeling of being one of the few "farangs". Thanks.

Reviewed By CHATBAIMAIMy family and I stayed for 1 night in Triple Deluxe and Garden Deluxe. Both rooms were nice and big. The amenities were perfect. The hotel has only 32 rooms so it’s good to take a relax and keep the privacy. We enjoined the pool so much. Breakfast was fine. The hotel located close to the beach, you just walk for 3-5 mins. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We will be back to stay here !!

Absolute disappointment
Reviewed By damienThailandUsed the place for test and Go. Had to wait 40 min at the airport for the planned transport. Went to get a PCR drive through test. Took 2 hours+ to get to the hotel just to be told that I’d have to wait 12 hours when from previous experience I knew there should be a @fast track” against additional payment. The staff just ignored my traquent for help to speed things up, saying that 12 hours is dat more than anyone should expect. I told them I was back in Thailand to see my kids, tgat we had a dinner planned (7 hours after test time), the staff was absolutely useless and unhelpful, only calling me back in the room to give me the hospital number to call them myself. Somerset sells these all inclusive packages, they make money out of this crazy test and go scam and did not provide ANY help. They took over an hour after tests results were issued to send a security guard give me the test results when on the phone the hospital had confirmed an hour earlier that the results were sent already. Extremely poor service, deplorable attitude ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT

Friendly oasis of calm
Reviewed By Janet CWe loved this hotel. Highly recommended. It is an oasis of calm in a busy city. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The varied range of foods provided at the breakfast buffet included both Thai, Chinese and Western food (and veggy) so we could eat tasty foods depending on our mood each day! We found the local night market opposite, 4 mins walk, (access via short pedestrian bridge), great for snacks and Thai food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception area relaxed. When we came down to reception ready to go out, staff quickly got a taxi from the road to come to the reception area to pick us up and helped with the language issue, by talking to the driver for us about where we wanted to go. (Taxis are metered, plentiful and so cheap in Bangkok taking us door-to-door, directly to where we wanted go.) Hotel felt a safe, relaxed base from which to get to know this lovely city. After a hectic day sightseeing, we went to the local cinema, in a complex only 4 mins walk away, and ate food from the local food stalls as well as had a drink in one of the associated restaurants there in the same complex and bought something from the handy convenience store. At the end of the day, the best cocktail we found was actually in the restaurant back at the hotel! and the price was very reasonable. We had lunch at the hotel one day too. Although we didn’t need to take the complimentary tuk tuk-like shuttle to the BTS station ourselves, it looked convenient and fun. We could see the golf driving range from our bedroom window; 2 mins walk away, but we will have to try that another time! Equally we didn’t have time this trip to enjoy the great looking pool, tennis courts or gym on the roof. We will come back again! We learnt that, for some taxi drivers, we had to say that the hotel was next to the shell petrol station and opposite the Thai Pa-Nit Bank. Then, they had no problems finding it ?, (if they hadn’t already known where it was).

Reviewed By Lydia216We checked in to the hotel and were moved to the resident portion of the property. The pool was closed, however it did not say that when we booked the room. We would have been able to use the hotel pool however we would have had to walk around the parking lot to the other building. The first room we were assigned was facing the pool under construction and it was very noisy. We requested to be moved and the next room was much nicer. The rooms are spacious and very clean with a nice kitchen and sitting area. The hotel is very close to the mall. The staff was very nice and helpful. However we booked a driver to the Floating Market through the hotel and were dropped off at a boat rental place, had to pay B2000.00 for 1 hour boat ride. (no negotiations) When we requested to be dropped off at the market itself our driver told us he is not able to do that because he is not a guide. We would have been better off booking a tour.
