Reviewed By evapI4244DIWe had a lovely stay, Mario and collegues were really helpfull and lovely. Also worth mentioning is the wonderfull breakfast with fresh fruit, juice and eggs. Highly recomment, when we return to the area we will defenitly stay again.

Reviewed By Sightseer49726548698Really nice hotel friendly but very shot staffed which is a shame , no minibar in the room either, would expect a little more from an isolated Waited for over 30 minutes for someone to come to the room and and fix the coffee machine , no one came so we gave up .. not great for the advertised standard

Reviewed By demaioLocation is wonderful. An old building completely restored with ability and clad maintained the hot Portuguese style. Nothing is missing , the rooms are spacious and super clean. The strong point are the two owners Carla and Sara , two sweet person with a high sense of hospitality. Perfect stay for all my friends team . Reviewed By Nomad57095042209A beautiful little spot that is truly magical. About 75 min south of Lisbon off the beatan path but worth it! Staff friendly and helpful. Room beautiful and spotless. Foosdprepared for us was wonderful. Wines very good. Views are amazing. We will go back next ti.e in Portugal for lobger than a one night stay.

Reviewed By 502jonwStayed 3 nights. Enjoyed Setubal and this small hotel. Our room was big...but storage space was very limited. There was a fan across the street from our room that was noisy...as was the music from the cafe downstairs. Help yourself honesty bar. Breakfast in the cafe was OK...but repetative. Weird waiting to be served alongside people who walk in off the street. Allowing guests to decide what they want to eat rather than the set menue would improve things. Overall not a bad place...perhaps for no more than 2 nights.

Great place to stay on the way to Lisbon.
Reviewed By AugustoAnguloAfter about 20 days traveling in Portugal, we were driving a rental car from Albuferia on the way back to Lisboa for our trip back to the US. About past 9 pm at night I was too tired driving so we decided to stop before getting to Lisboa. We looked for a hotel online and found this one. We went past the town and got to the hotel. From the outside we could not tell how great it was. We were surprisingly very well received even though it was late at night. The place looked very nice, upscale as we went through the very well modern-industrial decorated salons and hallways until we got to our room, modern, large, comfortable, overlooking the pool. Next morning we were treated to a great breakfast buffet in a very nice dinning area. Breakfast was included in the room price. After checking out we visited the city of Alcácer do Sal before heading to Lisboa. The online price we got was extremely low for all that we got. Great place, great service, excellent rooms and food. Next time in Portugal we will visit this hotel again! The trip took place in October 2019

Ideal for those looking to relax and be in contact with nature, enjoy the peace and quiet of this region and also forget about everyday concerns. We are a small Pousada with 7 rooms, all with private bathrooms, air conditioning, TV with 125 channels + radio stations and wardrobes, we are open to the world since 2017. We have a different concept in terms of accommodation, our goal is that all of our guests feel at home with us.

We would love to come back and, of course, recommend Buganvílias do Meco if you plan to stay in the lovely region of Meco!

Beautiful Boutique Rooms but sadly not all with Sea View
Reviewed By AriSinclairOriginally a really beautiful room but it was sold as a room with sea view, while we had no sea view at all - we looked in a alley with a fast food store. If it wasn't advertised as sea view room it wouldn't be a problem but like this it feels a bit odd. Also, one of the lamps were missing a light bulb. Otherwise really beautiful room and hotel in general with a nice boutique flair. Location is great and just on one of the main squares (while still being quite) with nice breakfast. We also really appreciate the Covid hygiene standard: Every customer had to not just wear masks but also had their own "cuttlery" to retrieve food from the buffet. Service 9/10 Location 10/10 Breakfast 9/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Room/Facilities 6/10 Price Value 9/10 (€64,26 in Feb)
