Cosy place in the middle of nowhere
Reviewed By mariupolerNot bad service, beautiful nature. Strange bathroom design - when you take a shower, the whole bathroom become a pool of water. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere - no shops of cafes in the walking distance. You have to drive or walk a long distance - about 30 minutes - to the nearby village of Bozhentsi, so the name of the hotel is a bit misleading. It was quite cold at the end of May.

Camere pulite ma non basta
Reviewed By Simone DSiamo stati per lavoro a Sevlievo in Bulgaria ed eravamo nello stabile accanto all Hotel Rositza dove ci sono le nuove camere dell albergo. A primo impatto mi è sembrato tutto molto pulito e il personale molto cortese con L ospite. Appena entrato in stanza ho avvertito un forte odore di chiuso e nel bagno un odore un po’ di fogna dato dallo scarico della doccia forse perché L hotel poco frequentato ha problemi di ristagno degli scarichi. Le camere sono state ripulite una sola volta su 4 gg di pernottamento. Credo che nonostante la classificazione dell albergo la camera sia cosa buona essere riordinata e pulita,almeno con asciugamani e rifare i letti. L aria condizionata era ben funzionante ma posta sopra al letto,cioè vuol dire malanno assicurato se si dorme col clima acceso. Box doccia assente in bagno quindi tutta l acqua va ovunque durante la doccia. Wi fi funzionante. Televisione praticamente nn pervenuta con un vecchio Samsung ancora a Tubo catodico( premetto neanche accesa). Colazione con un piatto unico dalla cucina con due fette di pomodoro una di formaggio due fettine di cetriolo e pane tostato a richiesta è un uovo sodo. Nel complesso L hotel si è presentato pulito e in ordine. Per dormire va più che bene se per qualche giorno ma non aspettarsi niente di piu

Reviewed By DanSSwingThis was the most Bulgarian of hotels, with revival architecture and amazing homemade banitsa for breakfast. There was even a cat with kittens living in a large garden vase in the courtyard. A great hotel experience all around.

This nice family hotel on the outskirts of Gabrovo is situated in scenic surroundings on the foothills of the Balkan mountains, close to the Siwek river. The way to the open-air museum of Etar passes the hotel, which offers you 2-star comfort in an authentic atmosphere all year round. The peace and calm of this region, the fresh mountain air and the enchanting beauty of nature are ideal conditions to totally relax and forget everyday stress.
Excellent stay at excellent price
Reviewed By KoninginRubyWe stayed just for one night in Hitar Petar hotel in Gabrovo but this was enough to estimate the excellent services provide by the owner of the place and his wife. They both are hospitable, nice people who will take care of you to make your stay there as pleasant as possible. The room was clean and newly furnished, bathroom was excellent. About food you can have breakfast and/or dinner on spot and you can choose from as menu a la carte. Dishes are prepared with local, very delicious products. While you are enjoying your meal you can have a friendly relaxing chat with the owners. The hotel is located very close to a number of places worth to be seen – the Open Air Ethnographic museum “Etar”, Sokolski monastery, Interactive museum of Industry in Gabrovo. Next spring we will be there again for more than one day. Strongly recommend!

Peace, comfort and feeling of home
Reviewed By the_only_planetThe Fenerite hotel is a beautiful and quiet place in the heart of Stara Mountain very close to Bojentsi village, surrounded by nature and peace. But please, if you are looking for a luxurious 5 star hotel, well, that's not the place for you. The prices of the rooms are fairly reasonable bit at least the staff could have left glasses instead of single use plastic cups. The interior and exterior are in traditional ethnographic style which gently remind of the old times. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was included in the price for the room and all food was homemade and exceptionally tasty, traditional for the region. The food in the restaurant was always fresh and again, so good. The place offers steam bath and sauna. The masseuse is very professional and very good but has to be booked one day in advance. Keep in mind that the closest ATM and grocery shop are in Gabrovo. Overall, this hotel is a lovely place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Relaxation, superb food and the best staff

So whether you are having breakfast at the restaurant, sunbathing at the pool, enjoying drinks at the river bar OR relaxing in the indoor hot tub (big windows, big) you can look at the green scenery and soak the calm atmosphere. The place is really perfect for holidays and peaceful resting, though we also used the cloudy days to see some of the nearby towns - Gabrovo, Etara, Troyan, Lovech and the monasteries in the vicinity. Now about the food - they have the best kitchen staff ever - all meals were stunning and this includes the breakfasts that resemble ordinary Bulgarian breakfasts but always with a twist. Their menu is very well prepared, high quality ingredients, great flavour and perfect presentation. The hotel staff is friendly and well-experienced, I loved being their guest. Overall - we are going back there definitely!
