Nice town and nice stay
Reviewed By ehzlatanovaPros: large rooms. Clean. Quiet. Beatifull view. Indoor pool,a bit busy but good. In the center of the old town. Close to everything. Excellent breakfast. Dinner was so so. There is a free parking lot available for the hotel guests. Cons: bad customer service at the reception. One iron and iron desk per floor,so need to make a line. No clothes handles in the bathroom, need to leave them on the floor when showering. Only one room key per room of three guests.

Reviewed By DimitarDimitrovSpa Complex Aleksandar is probably the best place to stay if you are in Zlatograd. Friendly staff, OK Spa and pool as well. The rooms are cozy, the pillows were very comfortable as well (the kid liked them a lot, but sadly I took a picture after he went to bed). The downsides - the pool was a bit cold for my liking - should have been a bit warmer. The other downside - the breakfast and reception are on the other side of the river so you have to cross the bridge each time to get to them. On the plus side - the bridge is recently constructed and it is really nice.

Reviewed By 014801Perfect rooms, amazing brekfast, large and comfortable beds, clean rooms, very cheerful staff. In the centre of the town, near the border with Greece. Also it's very cheap. TV in every room. RECOMMEND!!!!

Reviewed By umefeWe stayed here in the way to Greece. The price is good 22-25 euros per room with breakfast included, but we left early in the morning and i can't say if it is ok. The staff was helpful. They don't have private parking, you can park for free along the river or on the street. The rooms are pretty small. Our room wasn't cleaned enough. Some pubian hair on the toillet... The rooms don't have a shower cabin, you make shower in all bathroom. The beds aren't very confortable. Outside was pretty noisy all night. All rooms have a mini refrigerator. At least one chair from the attic room is pretty broken.

Reviewed By 291michaellamIk vind het een mooi hotel van de buitenkant ziet het er al verwelkomend uit, kamer was netjes bij aankomst, vrouw bij de receptie was heel aardig, er hangt een goede sfeer. Zwembad is ruim genoeg met veel stoelen en parasollen, leuk klein speeltuintje voor kinderen. Genoeg ruimte om te eten, kamer zag er vrolijk uit, er was wel een klein beetje viezigheid in onze badkamer maar dat viel wel mee. Douche deed het op zich goed, maar werd wel best langzaam warm. Obers/Schoonmakers zijn heel erg sympathiek. Kamers zijn ruim groot. In onze kamer hadden we een bank groot bed goede wifi ruime badkamer met wasbak waarbij de kraan het goed deed. Prijs was ook wel goed?. De omgeving was ook prachtig met mooie bergen en vlakbij het hotel een leuk winkeltje met koffieapparaten buiten die blijven staan zodat je ook koffie kan pakken als het winkeltje nog niet open is. Een klein winkelcentrumpje erbij is ook leuk. Mevrouw in de winkel was ook sympathiek oftewel de mensen in de buurt waren ook best sympathiek. Zwembad is 1.60 diep prima diepte + ook nog een minder diepe kant voor de kinderen. Er was veel keus voor waar je kon zitten bij het restaurant bij het hotel, buiten (overdekt), binnen en daarbuiten ook nog overdekt. Eten was erg lekker met ruim veel keus. Bij het zwembad had je ook nog een mooie bar met lekker drinken. Leuke muziek wat ik al zei een gezellige sfeer. In de kamer had je genoeg ruimte en stopcontacten voor je telefoon, ipad etc.

No parking place,no free wi fi, no tv, no heating, no normal conditions to want to stay in the room - dirt and dust all over the place, broken room and wc facilities. That place should be closed from healt department from a long time. It's a surprise that even work
