Great hotel, friendly service
Reviewed By JICHFThe hotel is well located in Sapareva Banya, not to far away from the starting point to visit the Riga lakes so this town is a very good option for a short stay and this hotel, the best one in the area. Personal at the reception are really nice and smiley. The same you can say about the girl attending the SPA. Rooms are comfortable and nice, the breakfast area is also nice and the SPA is great after a day of trekking in the area, including the jacuzzi pool in the roof floor. It is more expensive than other hotels in the area but if you can afford it, I won’t consider any other option. You can also park for free in the private parking and enjoy the SPA area without any extra cost.

Reviewed By mtodorova1We went to Seven Rila lakes and spent the night at Asya Guest House. All 12 of us really enjoyed our stay. Good customer service, breakfast on time (homemade banitsa was delicious) and the place was clean.

Reviewed By sunflower983This is a great place for a city escape, party with friends. Stuff is friendly and very welcoming. The food is yummy, the wine and rakia are strong :) From here you have several options for one-day trips. In winter it is very close to the ski area.

Reviewed By ArielT484Wide, clean, and fair price. Very nice view from the room Blakeney. Hold a great pool complex. The breakfast are hold a WiFi connection too. Thw wifi on the floor itself isn't strong enough but we've managed it.

A great 2 star Hotel in the village of Sapareva Banya
Reviewed By Evangelos KWe arrived early afternoon and we were offered one of their best rooms on the 3rd floor. A spacious room with good decoration and with all the amenities in place. A huge also balcony overlooking the opposite wood to sit and relax. Bathroom with a lot of space. The bed was low this is the only thing I did not enjoy but we had a good night sleep. For a small family Hotel, the inside swimming pool was superb and of course the water. The jacuzzi was there for us to enjoy plus the sauna and the steam bath. Parking outside the Hotel was handy and breakfast with a good buffet was included in the rate. For the money, we spent this is a great deal. You must stay in this family Hotel which is very well maintained and managed. Dinner was also good and we did enjoy it.

Расположен очень удачно, на улице, которая переходит в дорогу на Рильские озера, но в то же время, нет тусовки и тихо. Дом на 3 гостевых комнаты + кухня, веранда, место для барбекю и небольшой участок. Машину загнали на министоянку у дома. В комнатах стильная и не самая дешевая новая мебель, на кухне тоже. Посуда и сантехника новые. Приятно находиться и пользоваться. Хозяева очень душевные люди. Лиля говорит немного по - английски и по - русски, Николай - по - русски. В доме не живут и появляются только по необходимости. Когда мы приехали, то пошли в магазин и попали под ливень, так Николай по собственной инициативе приехал за нами на машине, хоть там и было 100 м. Все нам объяснили и рассказали, а на прощание дали пакет овощей со своего огорода. Из недостатков можно отметить стандартный минус очень многих болгарских гостевых мест - нет душевой кабины, пошел в душ - залил весь санузел. А в целом, за свои деньги - очень мило )

Poor hotel
Reviewed By Nikola GWe stayed there for two nights and got a studio that should be for three people. However there were no sheets,towels,blanket or any other equipment for the third person, although we had explicitly told them when we made our booking that there were three of us. The Wi Fi signal was virtually non-existent, you could get a signal only on selected spots near the reception desk and even there it was hard and the speed was really annoyingly slow. The staff was ok, but nothing special at all, I hardly saw anyone of them smiling during our stay. The area around the hotel was fine, it's situated in the forest and it's relatively quiet and that is basically the only good thing about it.

Reviewed By Evgeni MOld hotel, there is no elevator. The staircase is so narrow that 2 people cannot pass. The bathroom in the room is small and there is no place to put your toiletries. There is no refrigerator or hanger in the rooms and there is only 1 glass of water. The sheets, towels and bathrobes are old and torn. It is very noisy in the rooms on the street side. The outdoor pool is very small - for 5-6 people. Most people can't use it - there aren't that many sunbeds. The block table in the morning is 1 sq.m. , people gather, hygiene is not observed! Don't go there.
