Sveti Nikola Family Hotel is conveniently located near the town centre of Sapareva Banya and a great starting point for a trip to the Seven Rila Lakes. The hotel offers comfortably furnished rooms equipped with private bathroom, cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Most rooms overlook the beautiful Rila mountain. Guests can enjoy refreshing drinks and home-cooked breakfast at the cosy restaurant and its patio. A small SPA lounge featuring a hot tub, sauna, salt room and warming lounge chairs can be found on the ground floor. Sveti Nikola Hotel is kid-friendly, with a special grass-topped playground in the backyard.

Reviewed By angie hAmazing staff and comfortable stay at the hotel will definitely bring us back to this hotel. The staff is lovely and totally helpful with everything we needed. The location of the hotel is also perfect. The room was big and comfortable and of course clean, the beds are comfortable as well. The breakfast is home made, which was absolutely fantastic and we enjoyed it every morning. The wellness was also great. All in all it was a great stay and we would love to come back again. Many many thanks for the lovely time?

Reviewed By FrequentFlier781557Guest house Relaxa, the women have been really accommodating from hr moment we walked in. We arrived really early from Blagoevgrad, in hopes of starting the 7 Rila Lakes Hike early. They allowed us to leave our bags at the desk, and they allowed us to eat breakfast (paid). When we arrived back they showed us to the room. The rooms are actually apartments! They are huge. Like a sitting room, and bedroom and and a bathroom as well as a small balcony with an awesome view. The guesthouse also has a hot tub, steam room and a sauna! Which we all used after that long hike. The ladies are so wonderful and everyone makes an effort to speak English. Puts all us to shame! I would recommend this place to anyone traveling alone or with friends or family. Wonderful place and so convenient for the Rila Lakes hikes! Blagodariya!

Great location to visit the 7 lakes
Reviewed By Sightseer47606843047We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is located in the nature, near the cable car to visit the 7 Lakes and near the start of other great hiking areas. Therefore, the location of this hotel is it’s biggest benefit. The room was clean, had all the facilities needed and had a good mattress. Bathroom was ok; unfortunately there was not enough warm water to fill the bath. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the fact that the employees do not speak English; not even a few words. This makes it hard to communicate if you do not speak Bulgarian. Luckily we had Google translate to help us :). Next to this, the breakfast was not great. There were no options, you either got so-called french toast or another cheese-filled dough from the frying pan. The latter was way to fat for our liking (especially at 9 am). Altogether, our experience with this hotel was good. We definitely enjoyed our days in the nature!

Reviewed By HadarShakedThe guest house is renovated and highly maintained. The owners are friendly, and knows english! The room has free (and strong) wifi , private bathroom , and its very clean and tidy all around the building. We drove to the center to dine, but it is about 15 min walk... it is about 20 min drive from the lift going up to the 7 lakes.

Reviewed By worldinhabitantNice place to stay right in the center of Sapareva Banya. Good bed, good air-conditioning and very friendly host! We wanted to go to the Rila mountain, and she called a taxi for us. The guest house is at walking distance to the thermal aquaclub and many restaurants.

Reviewed By Roy Kyou get a room a shower and common facilities. the mattresses have seen better years the sheets also could be upgraded there were no stuff around - off season i guess we had to ask for the radiator to be turned on no elevator - check what floor you get... .not a word of English , It was Clean and good value

Beautiful views of the mountains. Convenient, free parking. Friendly and welcoming staff. On the ground floor you can visit a beauty salon, the hostess of the house works in it. Highly recommend.

great room, attentive owners
Reviewed By ivanka91I stayed here for a week. the room and the bathroom were very clean nice size and it had a small balcony with a view of the near park. the owners were really friendly and attentive, even though i came really late (after check in hours)they made sure i got the key of the room. I did like the fact that the main door of the house was locked in the evening and the guests get a key to lock if they have a late night, it really makes you feel safe. it does has a common kitchen and an iron if you do need to use it and a pizza and a coffee place right next door. its very good if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place. it's good for families because of the thermal baths nearby.. There isn't too much of a buss in the town as the nearest city is a bit further.

Reviewed By Dima Gגסטהאוס נעים ומקסים בספרבה בניה. יש בריכה וערסלים בגינה. לא מפואר מדי אבל נקי מסודר ונעים מאוד. מחיר זול מאד לזוג. הבריכה הייתה נקייה והמים לא קרים כך שהיה נעים בלילה. בעלת הבית הרשתה לנו לשמור אצלה את הציוד עד הערב כך שנוכל לחזור מהטיול ולקחת אותו.
