Reviewed By Ursha FThe place is super centrally located and very easy to find. Do make sure to receive the code prior to your arrival, since it is the only way to enter the building and the hallway. The rooms are small but cozy enough, minimalist furniture with good taste. The rooms are extremely clean and the staff very friendly. Great choice for the city escape.

Reviewed By Niki LRoom was very clean and pretty, comfortable with armchair and place for luggage. Spotless bathroom, with nice towels and plenty of hangers. There was a refrigerator and blankets if you needed. Very peaceful, we could hear the birds singing all day and night. The large private parking was a relief in a city with huge parking problems. Close to the beautiful Park and City Zoo. Not far from Zagreb Old Town Center. A very nice surprise was the large, beautiful, very, very clean fully equipped common kitchen downstairs. The girls of the Reception were very kind and helpful, we thank them for that!

Godd accomodation, not so great service
Reviewed By Raczej TThe accomodation was very good hotel is nice and clean, well equipped 25 minutes by walk in to the old town. to bad they have poor service. we came at middle of the night and we send an infirmation about it when we booked. when we came we tried to call about 20 minutes finally someone answered and wasn' nice to us, we came at 4 a.m. and i understand that not comfortable time to woke up someone, but all they do was giving us instruction how to get to our room. they could send us it by mail and everything would be great.

Reviewed By Bill BMy wife and I spent 4 nights at this apartment and were really happy. The location is perfect. About a 2 minute walk from Ban Jelacic square. It is walking distance to many of Zagreb's top attractions. The apartment itself was perfect for the 2 of us. It is very clean and well maintained. The bathroom and shower are great. Would have been nice to have a coffee maker though. Other than that the apartment is very well equipped. The owner was very helpful - everything from helping us print some documents to extending our check out time. If you're tired of hotel living, this is a fantastic and well priced alternative. We had some extra time on our last day, so walked to the bus station. About 20 minutes and the route is really easy.

This fun and luxurious new apartments situated in the center of Zagreb 250 m from the main square, but in quiet neighborhood near the forest 1 minutes walking from the main streeet Ilica. Location of the property is in the very center of the city, close to the crossroads of Frankopanska street and Ilica street. Residence Park is a quiet oasis to escape from the city crowd. We could say that Dežman's passage is a "filter" between the town's delightful vineyard and the beautiful green colors of the Tuskanac park, which is revealed only a few steps through this passage. Whatever we needed, everything was provided to us. We are extremely pleased with the price / service ratio, definitely a very good price. Thank you Residence Park for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back again. warmly recommend :)

Reviewed By AnnElizabeth97123Entrance off an alley, no parking, Rooms are up 2 flights of stairs, no reception on site, codes sent to you, so getting here is a challenge. But once you do, this place is a great location. Large, bright, clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Small shared kitchen - can’t really prepare meals but good for eating take out.

There is nothing to recommend it for 9+ It is expensive and do not offer much . For this price you can stay in better places . I chose it because of rating and because was close to my meeting point . They charge 18 kuna for printing 2 pages of insurance in draft mode almost not possible to read ! It is 30 min by car to center . Good thing is only the parking . Early in the morning I was awake because of the smell of burned meat from kitchen ! 130 kuna for a basic meal where the meat was not well cooked .., restaurant totally empty... no wonder why

Sobes is located in center of Zagreb. We offer 5 comfortable double rooms with modern bathrooms - en suite. In our neighborhood there are more than 15 restaurants, 20 bars and 5 clubs, bank, pharmacy and 4 supermarkets, within 500 m. There are 300 m to the intercity bus station and bus terminal to airport and 250 m to tram station. We are 15 minutes ride from the airport and 1,5 km from railway station.

Reviewed By Tiago FWe stayed for 6 nights at Sobes, we were welcomed by the owner, who was very nice and helpful. The place was a good size room and very clean. Its easy to walk to city centre and the bus/tram station is 5 min away. Highly recommendable.

Reviewed By Tata220882Были в Загребе проездом путешествуя по другим городам Хорватии, поэтому выбирали местоположение жилья рядом с автостанцией. Квартира находится в районе малоэтажных домов каким-то чудом сохранившихся среди местных бизнес-центров. Найти дом по карте не сложно, но легко пройти мимо, так как никаких особых вывесок нет. Есть только небольшая бумажка напечатанная на принтере с названием апартаментов. Непросто оказалось и попасть внутрь - не работал звонок и не было подписи в какую квартиру звонить. Хорошо, что мы заранее списались и сообщили о времени своего приезда и нас ждали. В апартаментах несколько комнат, каждая из которых сдается отдельно. Мы жили в полноценной однокомнатной квартире со своим санузлом и кухней. Она оборудована всем необходимым:плита, холодильник, чайник, посуда. В спальне 2 окна и выход на балкон. Розеток достаточно, вай-фай хороший. До центра города можно прогуляться пешком - около получаса или доехать на трамвае № 6.
