Excellent site for a business retreat
Reviewed By Jeffrey DI have attended overnight retreats at the lodge on two occasions and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, private venue to hold business related events for up to about 30 people. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms comfortable and the food is excellent. There are a variety of fishing and shooting sports activities available for any free time. Wifi is available in the main lodge. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.

We are a full service facility offering hunting, buisness conferences, and bed-n-breakfast opportunities. Located between Starkville, Columbus, and West Point we are minutes from the GTR airport and Mississippi State University.

Reviewed By NicktetPrivate reserve run by the delightful Robertson family- John and Katie and De – if you have a small party and want a private function lodge, with top notch southern hospitality and food to match then give them a call. This is private reserve and primarily a hunting lodge, so during season you might find accommodation difficult, or full of hunting talk. Well laid out bedrooms, huge central hall with real wood (yes lots of trees down there) fireplace and private meeting room to one side, about 12-15 people, and a bar and snooker table the other side. Early morning walks beautiful, as you have almost 1,000-acres to wander in (if its wet take wellies) and you can be assured of good company with some retrievers and others canine varietals out to join you-all just great fun. Katie cooking and Dee service were of the highest order, you ask for what your group would like to eat up front and they will supply it, meat and potatoes, or gourmet – Katie can cook them all plus some morrish southern delights like Lemon squidgy Cake hmmmm. And lets not forget John who wears the trousers, but I have it on good authority that Katie lets him

Reviewed By Jutta PFür den Preis von 48,00 U$D war es ganz ok. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sauber, auch das Bad. Einzig die Bettwäsche sah schon etwas zerschlissen aus, sollte eventuell einmal erneuert werden. Die Heizung lief leise und auch von der Strasse her kamen nicht viele Geräusche in der Nacht.

Reviewed By cavegirl101we stayed at the relax inn while passing through and the room was okay for the super cheap price of 35.00+tax. the mattress was brand new and very comfortable. the problem here was that my friend was unable to use his cellphone without connecting to the motel wifi and shortly after that he discovered what looks like a camera attached to the the audio output. manager said it was a sensor for the remote on the tv but it doesnt make sense. as my friend was telling me about it and i said to make a police report, the call dropped and when he called me back he said that he disconnected everything and his phone was working without the wifi and his channels were changing fine without the sensors.

Reviewed By Marsha GThe Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff isn't noise are bother you. The beds or clean and comfortable and the towels are very clean as are the bathrooms. You dont see alot of let's just say unwelcome people in the parking lot are interning the rooms. The flat screen TVs are new and show great pictures and they have good wifi and cable. The rooms are worth what you pay and you are not price gouged, after all you are just passing through and need a rest. As for the 11pm I like that because I dont worrie about if I forget something and my son grabs it out of the car I know there isn't alot of people in the lot that's not supposed to be there. Me and my family stays at Southern 3 or 4 times a month as does all my family that comes and goes cause if a sick family member. If you want a room that's priced right, comfortable and clean then Southern Motel is for you.

Disgusting hotel
Reviewed By Mimimommy12I would never go to a hotel that’s like that!!! The water wasn’t hot how it was suppose to be and they had nats right around everywhere around the room me and my boyfriend was killing them that whole day couldn’t even enjoy our romantic dinner in the hotel! We found a bed bug in the bed that night I got up to use the restroom and I saw it and I told my boyfriend immediately to get up! We called them in the front desk employee had a rude attitude but thanks for the refund! I would never visit that hotel again and I would advise others to not visit either.

Beautifully furnished and renovated. Located on the banks of the Mississippi River in the historic Under the Hill District of Natchez, Mississippi. Each suite features a large bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Wonderful views of the river, walking distance to downtown area. Restaurants and shopping on same street.
