Residence Paris Asnieres is situated in downtown in a residential area, near shops, public transport, and parking. The aparthotel is made up of about fifty fully equipped flats with hotel services in order to feel at home. Apartments with smart decoration are divided between two buildings (4 and 6 floors) with both of them with a view onto beautiful gardens. A relaxing area > is at the disposal of the residents where they have full use of the fitness room, the laundry room and the lounge with internet. Our reception desk is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm and the week end from 10 am to 8 pm. If you arrive at night, please contact us in order to reserve you an attentive welcome.

Great stopover for Paris and Disneyland
Reviewed By NiquitoWe tried out this place because we needed a larger room for us and the kids, which is virtually impossible in Paris. It is well located closed to CdG airport and Disneyland Paris. The room was perfect for us, 4 beds, with a separate toilet and another bathroom. Very spacious and quiet too. The owner was friendly and speaks English. Another big advantage is the free and ample parking in front of the property. Pricewise I can't complain (190 Euros for 2 nights) and breakfast was included too. So, we will certainly use it as a base in future when visiting Paris or surroundings (Champagne, etc). Don't expect much in Juilly, it is a sleepy little village. Go to St Mard. There you will find Buffalo Grill, McD, Burger King, etc, plus the station for trains to Paris. We highly recommend this place.

Budget hotel walking distance to metro station, but smelly hallway and room
Reviewed By bliu88We stayed two nights at this hotel. Checked in around 8:00 pm. The only staff on duty does not speak English. My friend happened to know a little French and managed to check into the hotel. Needless to say, the staff was friendly and tried to communicate with us. The moment we stepped into the hallway, a strong smell gushed into our noses. It could be from the downstairs restaurant or the stale carpet. When I opened the door to my room 209, the room was really stink like smelly sockets. I could have the room changed but I really can't speak French. With the window open and saturation of nose buds, I survived the night. The shower panel door was broken. Had to use the broken door to reduce water splashing to the floor. The push button for the toilet was broken. The hotel is very close the metro station. Convenient to the major attractions. The cleaning staff noticed the smell in the room and kept the window open all day. At lease the room did not smell that bad the second night.

Reviewed By Timo LThe house and rooms are beautiful and quite comfortable, the bed could have been firmer. Service was friendly, but with limited English. Breakfast was ok, standard. There are no dinner restaurants nearby, the one 3 km away served one of the worst food on our tour.

Reviewed By DimitriTeunckensnoisy (airport + hall noices), toilets not properly working, water cooker REALLY dirty and contained some thick smelling fluid. Has not been opened/cleaned for quite some time. Imagine filling it and drinking of this without first checking if it is clean.

They overcharged my stay, never responded to my requests for a refund or even a request to know when and where to get the keys. Never stay there. It’s one company that owns a number of properties

The organization of the event for me was very easy, the girls were always helpful and flexible and after just a couple emails they basically organized everything for us without taking up much of my time. The location is wonderful and really boosts the team spirit, we loved the food which was absolutely delicious and the whole team loved it, the treasure hunt they organized for us was also super fun. I would recommend this place for any team building event and would absolutely go back if I have the chance!
