Reviewed By cynthiar945Made a reservation in February 2022 for a one night stay to take place on May 22, 2022. Arrived to find a note on the door that they had left for a few minutes. I called the phone number posted on the door, no answer. Also no answer at the door. Sat and waited for 20 minutes or so. A man just happened to arrive and told us that he was the owners’ son. He said the motel was closed due to a family emergency, for which I’m truly sorry. If you’ve got a reservation, call and check on the status. If you’re just looking around for a place to stay, go elsewhere like we had to do.

Reviewed By karen lThe staff was rude and the hotel room was filthy. There were brown stains on the sheets that I hadn't discovered until sleeping the night. The hotel lobby wreaked of cigarette smoke. The swimming pool was under maintenance. This property is disgusting.

Room located near side entrance requiring only a short walk to room. Door closer not too tight. But the shower is great. Walk in with shower chair, adjustable shower wand, no splashing of water outside of shower, and finally non-skid tile in whole bathroom. Made getting out of shower and bathroom safe. BIG+

We were not acknowledged as Hilton Honors members, but we were given a first floor room with a walk in shower as requested. The room was at the far end of the hall away from the desk and I enquired about an entrance at the end closer to our room. The response was "There is a door there but I won't guarantee the maintenance person has fixed the lock" We are both older people who have knee issues and the long walk at times can be painful. Needless to say we had to take the long walk.

Reviewed By scottq176If all hotels were like this one, I'd sell my home and travel the USA until the money ran out. Is it a five star hotel? No... of course not. But it's far better than what the negative reviews have been whining about. We limped into Sidney with serious car troubles. Booked through Priceline. Reserved the room for $40 taxes and fees. We were a little worried because the app wouldn't let us reserve a handicapped room, The inn was going to put us on the second floor until I informed them both my wife and I were disabled. They didn't have a regular room open, but they put us into a mini-suite on the first floor. That was obviously better than what we had paid for, so I really thank them for that. The room was clean and comfortable. We really needed that after the stress of the trip. What e had hoped was going to be just a one night stay turned into a full weekend stay instead. The inn lest us stay in that same room the whole time, at the same rate. How can anyone complain about that. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this in to anyone, but especially those who don't need any unnecessary added stress. Kudos to everyone.

The hot breakfast was outstanding… Bob goes out of his way to make sure your breakfast is excellent… Mom

Reviewed By TheSchedulerI can't agree with the recent, negative reviews. We stayed for one night on a long road trip west on I-80. The lobby was quite nice. The clerk at reception was very friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. Our two-queen studio on the top floor had been recently refurbished. We did ask for a room away from the highway, and we heard no traffic noise whatsoever. We had to leave too early to have breakfast, but we were able to grab a couple of items that had already been put out. It looked like they were preparing a good selection - pretty standard. I go back and forth on I-80 fairly frequently, and I have stayed at a lot of hotels along the way. I would happily return to this one.
