Room looks like a refreshed Holiday Inn Front Office Staff wear a smile, makes promises and doesn’t keep them. Housekeeping staff are mean and slam doors constantly. They have no rights to the Parisian attitude they spew. We left early.

Reviewed By cpetro760364Very nice central hotel ! Good breakfast and they let us work there which was really nice ! The bed is extra comfortable , excellent shower and nice bath products and terrace for a wine ! Would highly recommend - only thing that could be better is that is a bit expensive !

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main train station and right in the middle of Jean Medicin - the high street of Nice. Jean medicin station with a direct tram to airport is 250m from the hotel. Beach is about a 10 min leisurely walk through the streets of Nice. The hotel had all the amenities and a decent breakfast spread. Rooms were squeaky clean and housekeeping was on point. The front desk staff was great, very welcoming and always eager to offer their help.

Great holiday and short stay
Reviewed By timbinhamCould not fault the service and the friendliness of staff. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back. We had a great room on the fifth floor that looked over to the promenade and the sea. Even at dinner the staff were able to give us one of the front tables that overlooked the water making for a truly memorable night. Thanks to all the staff at the Hyatt Regency, great service all round.

Reviewed By SBFMIHôtel quite old. The room is very small, with poor view. It is also badly isolated from the noise. The breakfast is good with large choice of food. The staff was average. I asked a car for airport drop but they were not able to book. I had to do it by myself…

We came here for a few nights for our honeymoon and we’re greeted with an upgraded room, rose petals in our room, and nightly chocolate and water delivery. Everyone is extremely hospitable! We went to the summer bar a few times, and while the prices our high, the ambiance is unbeatable. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and regal with decor! It is perfect, and I cant wait to come back. I will never stay anywhere else in Nice!

Beautiful hotel, great location
Reviewed By liked_copperWe had booked here as part of a package for the Heineken Cup Final. On arrival our twin room was ready on the 9th floor, unfortunately our views were to the side of another building. The room was as you'd expect in France, small, but was spotlessly clean, had a fridge (with water in it), safe, tea and coffee making facilities. It does have AC but it wasn't really cool, you can't open the windows which is a pity. The bar is nice and we sat outside to enjoy the good weather and a nice glass of wine. Its almost cheaper to drink wine at €6 a glass as opposed to a glass of Orangina at €5! Breakfast is set up well, you can squeeze fresh oj, some hot food choices, pastries, fruit and meat/cheeses. There is a fabulous department store a few hundre metres down the road. We didn't use the pool but its a nice one with a lovely terrace. All in all I'd stay here again if coming to Marseille, it was around €10 to get a taxi to Vieux Port, I wouldn't walk around Marseille at night there is a rough undercurrent.

Arnaud’s friendly and efficient welcome was a pleasure. He’d been very responsive also with questions before our arrival. It’s a lovely, peaceful place. The food is great, we enjoyed our dinner and the breakfast were simple but delicious. I will recommend this place highly around me and I am already thinking of booking again for my next Provence get away

Very tasty and very good staff The rooftop is a nice feature although not clear about the jacuzzi The room cleaning was not the best. One day they didn’t come and the next day we got back at 4 having been out since 8.30 still with the green sign asking them to clean! We rang to ask and they just wanted to change towels!!! Overall a pleasant stay with great staff
